Great staff and course was in good shape. Bar food was good and prices were good. Can't wait to go back.

Always overbooked, 5-6 hour rounds, waiting on every tee box. Hopefully management changes something soon.

(I'll update my review and add pictures once we get our sneak peek gallery from our photographer…read morethis Saturday!) You know how people talk about that moment you put on a wedding dress, see yourself in the mirror, then think "this is the one"? That's how we felt with Estate at Eagle Lake from the moment we saw it in person! My husband Carlo and I got married at Estate at Eagle Lake on 7/22/2023 and we can't say enough amazing things about the venue and its staff! A huge and extra special shout-out to Brianna - the venue director, day-of coordinator, and for-hire wedding planner! She made our planning process and our actual wedding day absolutely seamless and perfect. She was even so thoughtful in making sure our other vendors were well taken care of and hydrated on our wedding day. We were really trying to "ball on a budget" and we were amazed and thankful with how much we were able to plan our day based on our budget here. Catering and alcohol are separate costs from the venue, so we were able to choose an amazing caterer within our budget from their preferred vendor list and we were able to do a "beer, wine, and signature cocktails" bar instead of a full open bar to save more money. Eagle Lake also includes so many AMAZING amenities in such an affordable cost: - The ENTIRE venue for your event from 7 AM - 11 PM - SO MANY PHOTO OP LOCATIONS including the love swing, sandy beach area with Adirondack chairs and a firepit in the evening, lakeside deck, cobblestone paths, rooftop area overlooking the lake, and plenty of grassy areas with beautiful flower blooms all over - Stadium seating for a lakeside ceremony that is livestreamed by the venue if requested. We opted to do the livestream so that our family in other states and overseas could watch! - Tented reception area with air conditioners and fans (the air conditioners are new as the owner Scott is always looking to make the venue better and more comfortable for all who come!) - Romantic rooftop area for cocktail hour complete with a shaded gazebo, little basketball hoops, and koi pond - A gorgeous bridal suite with 3 full salon setups - A very cool groom's suite with a pool table upstairs that the groom and groomsmen can use while they're "getting ready" - Indoor chapel and cocktail hour space for inclement weather - Photo booth which delivers photos digitally (no print outs) - Golf carts with attendants available to drive you around the venue As if my description isn't dreamy and too-good-to-be-true enough for you to book your next event here, you have to check the website for pictures and book a tour the venue yourself to see its true beauty! Our wedding truly wouldn't have been as magical if it were anywhere other than Estate at Eagle Lake. It's truly a hidden gem. We received SO many compliments from our wedding guests and I even got some inquiries about the venue from future brides looking for a wedding venue after I was tagged by some of our guests in Facebook pictures! If Carlo and I ever plan another big event, we'll absolutely come back to Estate at Eagle Lake with no hesitation and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to book a special event :) TIP #1: For those who plan an event here, be sure to tell your guests of the pebble paths and grass so they can wear appropriate footwear. TIP #2: If you haven't booked here yet but are interested, go to an open house so that you can meet some of the preferred vendors and potentially get a discount from them!

Scott, the owner-operator is hands on, passionate about the property, and provides great service to clients, guests, and wedding vendors alike. As a DJ, I was delighted to have my booth located in a real-life bunker and adjacent to an extensive bridal suite that resembles a professional hair salon! Relatively new to the Central NJ wedding scene, couples should take a closer look at this amazing and unique property.

The carts barely ran! The girl at the bar was great, but the Marshalls were RIDICULOUS on this course. We were playing 15 minutes behind (because of waiting on a group in front of us) and were told THREE times to speed up to the point we were running to our balls even though nobody was on tee behind us. Have never had that happen before. Was wild. Totally harassed during our round. Won't be back and don't recommend. Way to stuffy for the level of course quality

What a surreal day to play golf. I was visiting relatives in…read morethe south jersey area for a wedding and decided to spend a half day to play some golf. My brother lives in the area and has went to this course numerous times with his son and clients and never had any issues. Well today, 06/15/18 was different. After booking our tee time we arrived, paid the cashier and headed out. The starter was able to get us to start early and it was wide open. No groups in front or behind and the weather was perfect. When we got to the second hole, the range marshal pulled up to us and asked if I had golf shoes. I told him I did not since I'm visiting from out of state and didn't bring golf shoes. He said that's fine, just the next time bring your golf shoes. I said OK. Then we get to the third hole and he pulled up to us again to remind us that we need to wear golf shoes next time. We said OK again. We wrap up the forth hole and the same Marshal pulls up to us yet again and this time he stated "The management says you have to leave". Mind you that we are playing at a perfect pace, not drinking and repairing any divots. Perfect behavior and no reason for the Marshal to even come by us. We were escorted back to the clubhouse by the range Marshal. We went in and told the cashier that you seen our outfits, the starter seen us and the other Marshall's seen us and nobody said anything about my flip flops. I even told him they are golf flip flops! The Marshall said that we can get a rain check and I said again " I don't live around here so I need a refund". They obliged. Sad thing was My brother has quite a few employees and he was going to set up a Christmas party at their facility. They lost a customer. Thanks for destroying a great today. It saddens me that there are great historic battlefields all throughout this part of Jersey were patriots fought for liberty and freedom to only become such a uptight rules, rules ,rules nanny state.

I enjoy dropping in a for a quick 9 holes, where I know I do not have to fight the crowds. The actual golf range is good to get a round of 9 or 18 holes. There is a practice putting green and a practice chipping area. They always have available tee times and many days that you just walk up and make it happen. There are some holes where the greens are not in the best condition, but it is over all a nice course. You'll see a lot of deer in or near the wooded area, especially as the sun is setter. The 15th hole provides a nice view of the jets coming in to land, as it is right next to the tarmac and runway. The Pro Shop has the usual items, balls, tees, shirts (with course logo), caps (with course logo), cleats, and gloves. You may want to buy some drinks/snacks prior to leaving the Pro Shop, since there is a cart or shack on the course. This course closes late Fall, through the entire Winter, and will re-open in early Spring.

The course doesn't drain well in spots (south jersey is very flat) yet some spots are begging for water when the rain is sparse. 12, 13, and 14 are three challenging par 4s that require a tee shot in the fairway and a mid range iron. It's a good course for the fees. Cold water on the course but bring your own snacks as there is no snack cart.
