We contracted Create Construction for a bathroom remodel and recess lighting around the entire house about a year ago. Yarin and the team was professional from start to finished and walked us through the whole process. Very knowledgable, detailed oriented, while balancing quality with my budget. He was able to help us pick a design, adjust to some of our custom requests and made sure everything turned out great. I waited close to a year to review so I could say there weren't any issues that came up in the long run with any of the work. First, we didn't know exactly what we were looking for when we started, but their designer and the project manager were excellent - they really came up with a design that I loved, making the absolute most of the space, and moderning the kitchen while staying true to the house's character. Once construction was rolling, they did a great job. We encountered some delays with the city, and the project manager, Yarin, really does everything he can to expedite a resolution and get us back on track. The building finished on-time, and the result was beautiful - it lived up 100% to the design and even more. The quality of work, from the cabinetry to the tile to the finishes, was all excellent. The company stood out to me during contractor interviews because the owner, Yarin, made in-person appointments to walk me through the proposal and all my questions/concerns (he was the only one who did that). I received texts nearly every day about what to expect (and this was consistent for 4 months) and he explained--in detail--change orders or issues that came up.
