I contacted the credit union and spoke to someone about there CheckAgain® - 2nd Chance Checking I advised than we has fraud on a checking account and it was closed and turned in. The person I was speaking to advised me they work with people who have bene turned into check systems and we should go online and apply for the account. We did that and a few days later received a call from someone at the credit union advising us they no longer have this option and do not work with anyone in check systems, but yet this option is still on there website. read more

I was trying to open an account for my aunt and I had to sign an interpreter form every fking time I do any service for her which is unreasonable!! And the staffs are all statue because they dont do any service !! All service will have to be done on their computer through a phone call so theres no different just calling but then they dont let you do that ... which is very stupid !! And the company is so unorganized, the online staff said she cant take discover card but the branch can and yet the branch cannot like bro can you guys be on the same page ? This credit union will change terms on you within days. I got charged a dormant fee for not having any transactions within the 9 months. This was never told to me when opening the account. I called the customer service representative and she said since you called before the deadline I will make a transaction and put a note so you will not be charged. It never happened, so I called CS the second time and this time she said "I see you called in and I am sorry this was not taken care of and I will send this to my supervisor to get your fee reversed. Now 2 months passed and I went in to do a transaction to my account and I ask the teller if the fee was reversed? She said "no". Ok, now I am beyond frustrated at this time. How many times does it take for you to reverse a $5 fee? She said "let me take a look". I was standing there and she must have typed an essay in the computer and she said to me wait let me ask my supervisor. She comes back and said let me see what I can do. This is after 20 minutes standing there. I told the teller to forget the $5 fee and close my account please. They have admitted to me they were suppose to credit me but never happened. If it's this hard to get $5 back, then can you imagine if they accidentally withdrew your funds and gave it to someone else. How long will it take to get it back? The worst part was, not even an apology from the branch. Worst credit union ever! Please do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. read more

Don't ever open a savings or checking account with Clark County Credit Union because they're beyond unhelpful. If you have the option to go with another bank I highly recommend you do so because if there's a transaction or fee taken out from your account due to error they will never help you and you'll be stuck and told they can't help you. read more

Located on the southeast corner of Fort Apache and Sunset Road, Clark County Credit Union can always be relied on for friendly and efficient service. I usually frequent the Windmill location, but this location was more convenient for me on this day. I very much enjoy being a CCCU member, as it comes with many benefits that are far superior to what most of the large chain banks will offer. My only regret since switching from Chase to here is that I didn't do so sooner. This location is very similar to the other ones I have been to in town. The interior is very clean and the tellers are always helpful and friendly. It's nice to have another location on the west side of town to go to whenever it's necessary. This is a review for ALL locations (sorry it ended up on yours), but how the heck are people supposed to do business with you when your hours are 9-5? And closed both weekend days...????? Im a new customer and I work 9-5 and I need to get in to talk to someone but I can't just take off in the middle of the day..???? Now I know to look at that next time, lesson learned. I think either the branches need to be open a little earlier, a little later, or open up for a few hours on Saturday.
