What happened to me is bad customer service and Sarah is providing exactly that. In the meantime, another customer came in and was being difficult with her, she handled it with grace and professionalism. Even after being treated so rudely by the customer, gave them a rundown of policies, asked for district manager approval, etc she had an answer for every question the rude customer shot at her. Fast forward to me being serviced by her again, I joked with her that she was excellent and that if it was okay to leave a review on her spectacular customer service and fun personality.
