The sitting area is total cuteness! The front desk glad were not overly kind, just kind of "check the box". I was serviced by Baille. She was wonderful. Caring. Kind. Studied my previous fill and did a thorough job. Her room is beautiful and she makes you feel comfy. She is quite skilled. The prices are on the high side... again, been getting lashes done for years and have typically paid $55 (every 14 days) for a fill, and of recent, $65... this place charged $100 for a volume fill. Yikes! I'll see how they last for the traditional two week run. Again, the technician was great, but anything over $75 for a fill (and then a tip), is a bit much.

If her coworker had ever experienced or seen, someone have this type of reaction, and the coworker indicated that it causes their eyes irritation as well. I walked out of the appointment without getting a treatment and could barely see to drive home due to the redness, and the tearing, and the Hayes that were over my eyes due to this deka eye make up remover. When I got home, I immediately removed my contacts and flushed my eyes, and still experienced the agonizing burning pain and redness, and the technician to let her know that I needed someone to call me back because I was going to have to make an emergency visit to the eye doctor and ask for a photo of the ingredients of their specific cleanser. She indicated the manager was talking to the owner and someone would get back with me. It has been nearly 3 hours and no one has gotten back with me or expressed any kind of concern or instructions on what to do. My technician was very young and very nice and very apologetic. It is disheartening when the owner has been notified, and I'm sure the photos of my eyes were shared with her and there's no human sympathy or empathy, or even caring enough to reach out and check on me to see how I'm doing. It was very evident to both technicians at the store that I was in excruciating pain. My eyes were burning and tearing and red, and on fire, and yet still not a decent spec of human decency to reach out by the owner or manager. I'm going to share my experience with as many people as possible for the lack of simple human decency to check on a person when they've been impacted by a product use at a store offering services. This is my experience and my opinions, I will not go back to any location of this establishment based on the simple lack of human decency of the management and owners of this establishment, horrible, horrible customer, service, and a customer experience.

I purchased a Groupon to try a Lash Lift. I have previously had false eyelashes but never a lash…read morelift, so I thought I'd try it out. I will start out disclosing that I have short and sparse lashes. My first lash lift was with a "small" lift. I was not very happy with it because there was not much of a noticeable change to my lashes. I received a text a couple days after from the studio to follow up asking about my satisfaction with my lash lift. I told them that I wasn't sure yet if it's something I'd do again, but that I'd go with the XS lift if I did. They immediately replied asking if I'd like to come back for a "fix" with the XS. I said yes and went back a couple of days later. I went for my second appointment and she lifted my lashes with the XS application. My lashes have remained curled, so I'm very satisfied happy with the service. I was very appreciative of their customer service. Had it not been for them following up, I probably would not have returned.
