If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my daughter here for her birthday for their Luxury Head Spa thinking it would be a sweet, pampering experience. We walked out with her hair matted and my daughter crying, crushed, and embarrassed. Her hair was damaged. The mats were so bad they led to breakage and a frizzy, dry mess afterward. We're still dealing with the aftermath. I will never forget the look on her face. I brought her there to make her feel special, and instead she left feeling upset and defeated - over her hair - because people who claim to be professionals handled it so poorly that it turned into a mess. I'm still angry, but honestly I'm more heartbroken than anything. This place should not be offering "luxury" anything. Luxury doesn't leave a child in tears. The facial was excellent. It removed the impurities embedded in my skin. My facial tone was glowing.

Always so clean and comfortable. They provide a complimentary warmed neck pillow with beverage of your choice. My pink and white nails, dip powder, look real and last weeks! Every single employee from, the reservationist/check-in lady, to all the nail techs are excellent. The prices are so reasonable. Plus you build points to receive a gift card. I liked the nails but i had a lady named Kayla, she did good except i had to go back the next day because my left pinky nail was angled up so much it looked like an airplane was taking flight. the rhinestones on my middle fingers were not in line and were not even. they just came off after 8 days of having them. my thumb nails are bleeding and damaged and all my other fingers just peeled off like they were press on nails from Walmart. never will be going there again. Got my nails and lashes done here and will not be coming back. My lashes were rushed and were done with clusters when I paid for single lashes. Now have only had them for less than a week and they look completely busted. My nails are absolutely horrible. The guy was rude and rushed. I got French tips and he freehanded the whole thing with no corrections. This place has a good location and a pretty store but have no problem getting people to drop in. 'Almost ready for you' bullcrap, you're not ready and it was 11 before I got to a chair. RUSHED and bullsh*tted...DEFINITELY not equal to the last time I brought my kid & 3 grandchildren here and they're not little so I paid for 5 mani-pedis and an acrylic fill... I live in Mexico and come once a year and this year is a SHITSHOW at Swan. Calus remover was a JOKE. She applied it bare handed then just scrubbed it right away, no bag over my feet, no sit and let it work then remove it, just on & off! She was going to remove the gel polish from my toes by peeling it off (that damages your nails btw) I said just forget about removing the gel already on (it was only 9 days ago I had my previous pedi) and I'll keep the old stuff on rather than have her damage my nails by ripping it off with a cuticle scissor. The salt massage was grand though for the 1/2 minute (see the video) 16 minutes for the 35.00 pedi that was 1/2 assed & when I asked reception HOW LONG is it "supposed" to take and she said 35 minutes. Get ready to LAUGH because 105.00 for my daughters crap full set, but she said the pedi was fine (pink solid chicklette gum looking set of nails) My crap nails were pink and THICK, THICK, THICK!!! I wanted shorter and a thin fill and got the toenails on my hands!!! Along with 2 cuts & excuses for the job done. If you want QUALITY service GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! We got out of Swan and the more I looked at the shitty nails the more upset I got and I looked at my daughters nails and was depressed FOR HER! We ended up Yelping nail salons and we landed at Signature Nail OMG AMAZING BALLS BEAUTIFUL TIME, AWESOME EXPERIENCE and 100000% satisfied. The pics are French at Signature & receipts and did their review on Yelp also. Finally SWAN SUCKS & their service today is in the top 3 WORST experiences ever!!! This was my first visit to Swan Spa and it was fantastic! Kim gave me a deluxe pedicure and gel polish. When I came in, my nails were a hot mess. She took the time to clean them up while making sure they were to my liking. The leg, arm, and shoulder massages were incredible and these services even came with paraffin wax dips and cheap wine. My daughter and I came here for a pedicure...I got the higher level pedicure (pearl) than she did bc I wanted a longer massage. Her massage was advertised as 12 minutes and mine was advertised as 15 minutes hot stone. Her massage time seemed accurate but mine was less than 7 minutes (I timed it after I noticed my technician was rushing through the steps to appear to catch up to my daughter's technician. (My daughter's service started roughly 10 minutes before mine). I pointed out that I didn't have as long as a massage as advertised and paid for but my technician said she wasn't allowed to go over the 45 minutes allocated for my total service regardless if I didn't get everything advertised...so overall, no I do not recommend. For what we paid and what we received, it just wasn't worth it. There were other things not worth mentioning at this point. read more

I can't believe the nail technician I had for my fill and pedicure. I desired a certain color she suggested strongly I wear a red color. So, I did and my husband flat out said I don't like your nails. Once I got home and looked at closely at my nails . They didn't cover my entire nail with the fill. I was not happy. Returned and complained the guy at the front said we will change the color and the next time we will do your nails RIGHT. I will NOT return to this over priced cheap products. This salon is beautiful, seems clean and most of the staff appear helpful and nice. I am giving it two stars due to my experience with this nail tech. Makes me sad to leave such a bad review. This was my third time, ever, to have a powder dip manicure. First time was years ago. The first dip from this tech at Swan Salon lasted 3 weeks and was done well. (It lasted so long because it was done on a good foundation of clean nails. When I came in to have my nails redone, she didn't remove my powder dip properly. Since this is the 2nd time in years I've have this done, I'm unfamiliar with the process of proper removal. I was placed in a chair and asked to move my nails around in a warm bowl of acetone and paper towels while the nail tech worked on another patron. Once the other patron was done, the tech looked at my nails and then proceeded to sand off the residue with her drill. The whole process was rushed and uncomfortable. So weird and rude too. No eye contact, rude and super rushed. I figured she was having a bad day, paid and left not taking it personally. Within two days my nails started to crack and/or chip. I called in asking to have the ones that chipped repaired, and the tech said "what did you do!". Unreal. Keep in mind at this point I had no idea what the process was for powder dip nails, I just expected a three week awesome nail job as before. I went in and she did the same process to EVERY nail that was done prior. More rude and more uncomfortable than before. Pics posted are her final job TWO DAYS AFTER the FINAL REDO. My nails were NEVER put in foil to allow for proper removal and the tech expected me to work my own powder dip off while she worked on another patron the first time. Second time was the same, minus another patron, with a quick sanding of her drill. Bottom line: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you want to pay for someone to be rude to you AND you work your own powder dip off your nails-spend your money here. read more

I had went here under the impression I was getting single lashes put in my eyes, I asked for glamour and they stayed in for 10 days, on the 11th I had clusters come out of my eyelashes. And when I went up there to confront them about why they put clusters in my eyes for 100$ when I was told they would be individually put in, the lady who did them named Lynn, said it was "volume". There are plenty of other places that you can go to get lashes done individually for that price without being ripped off. When asked for a manager they were completely unprofessional and told me to talk to the lady who did my lashes. My 1st time going here as I'm new to the area & I booked a 9:30am appointment over their website several days prior to for a full facial, Brazilian wax, & a deluxe pedicure. Arrived before 9:30am only to realize they didn't open until 10am! You should not be able to book a time slot for hours they are closed! After my pedicure, the lady took me back for what I thought was my full facial only to realize that she was giving me a full face wax! Not what I booked or what printed on the receipt after I checked in! I guess she cannot read! Next they asked me to come back later for my Brazilian wax! Seriously! Uh NO! I booked my appointment for my services in advance, not my fault your staff was ignoring your calls to come into work! Needless to say I will never be going back here again! We came in last week and I paid for the three of us to get the most expensive pedis they offer. Less than a week later, half of my nails are chipped and missing polish, my daughters is no better, and I haven't asked the third about theirs. I EASILY usually get a month plus from a pedi but here I am a week later having to go elsewhere after spending a fortune for three crappy pedis. I think they didn't prepare the nail right so the polish didn't stick or something. I'm no professional but I do get regular manis and pedis and this is one of the worst, shortest lasting ones (yet most expensive) I've gotten in decades. read more

The massage chairs were awesome. My friend came with me and sat and enjoyed her massage as I got my hooves handled. Su was lovely, she did a great job. She was friendly and funny. I hadn't had a pedicure in a while and she brought out the grater for my heels. We were all laughing at her look of determination at getting all the rough spots off my heels. After waiting about 10 minutes (no big deal), I was asked to move because they were so busy. The man who painted my nails was in the biggest hurry. I try to be nice in these situations, but if you're going to rush, at least do a good job. Yet, I spent the afternoon picking black polish off the skin around my nails. The tips are already chipped-looking and it's been 1.5 days. My nail shape is terrible and there are lumps in the polish. I'm pretty disappointed. This used to be my favorite place but their customer service has gone very downhill, as has the quality of their work. I had a gel manicure that lifted and chipped within 4 days when it should last weeks. I called and they got me in to fix it for free. How nice! But while it was done, I had to ask to do more than the half that were chipped (they'd be uneven and the others were on their way). While I appreciate the fix, I was ridiculed the entire time by the nail tech who had done the work. The other tech basically said I did something wrong, and they didn't even use a soak to remove them - just filed them down, which ruined my nails. The pedicure I had also lasted maybe fifteen minutes - it was a service to hurry through and by means no experience. I'm sad to say I won't be back, and won't recommend this place to anyone I know. read more

My girlfriend and I were looking for a nail salon that was in between both of our houses. I found Swan spa on the Vagaro app and booked that way. The app is great because you can see the times and which techs are available at each time. I had never heard of Swan spa, and was pleasantly surprised upon entering. The entire salon was clean and all of the staff seemed friendly. They all seem to be having a great time working together which I think is great to see. They offered water soda or wine to drink. I had the deluxe pedicure with gel polish. I noticed that it said the deluxe pedicure came with a chair massage, but I thought that just meant the chair that I was sitting in. That made me even more excited when I realized that I was actually getting a neck massage after my pedicure was done. My massage could've been a little more firm, but I didn't speak up and let him know that. I will definitely be returning and asking for Nathan again. And maybe I'll speak up this time and tell him I want a firmer massage! read more

I also received another text confirmation the day before my appointment. When I arrived they had me sit at her station and look at the color options. After 30 minutes I was asked what I was there for again. Then after one of the young ladies went to the back a couple of times I was informed I was never scheduled. She rushed me out of the chair and had the nerve to ask if I liked it. Knowing it was lumpy everywhere. She had a smirk on her face while asking me if I liked it. She didn't wait for the polish to dry before applying the chrome or allow the top to finish drying. I go here often and after the way I was treated I won't be returning.
