There was small bar set up in the rear of the dining areas and the staff server a beautiful selection of hors d'oeuvre prior to dinner service (Mushroom Pastries, Skewered Pork-belly and Roasted Brussels Sprouts) which were all delicious and plentiful. Dinner service was nothing less than elegant, the table was set up to accommodate everyone comfortably and decorated to fit the occasion. The dinner was served buffet style and everything was served at the correct temperature with a great presentation and included Roasted Tri-Tip, Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Breast, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes, a fresh Spring Salad with Homemade Dressings, Rolls and of course a beautiful cake.
