I assumed the price of the tattoo would be a fair price. Matt charged me $150.00 for each of butterfly tattoos, along with $200.00 for signatures. The signatures were a fair price; however the butterfly tattoos were inflated. The butterfly tattoos should have been no more than 50-100$. Not only was the price inflated, the owner wasn't very nice. He seemed grumpy and in a bad mood. I won't be going back.

First off I went in for a cut, I was in and out, with a hair wash, in about 15 mins. I told her i can leave with wet hair since she was already staying later. It looked ok when I left. Although I was standing far from the mirror, guess I need glasses! When it started drying I could clearly see the difference between the left and right side. The left side was way longer than the right and there were random strands that were longer than others on the same side. So the ends weren't even straight. On the left side I had long layers. Thats how my hair was before, she just cut off an inch basically. But then I saw what she did to the right! The front was cut so short and way back! Looks as if I'm growing out bangs! I havent had bangs since I was a kid. I called asap to leave a message. Unfortunately they're only open during the hours I work, except Saturdays. I finally got ahold of the lady on the phone 4 days later. She would not give me my money back. She just kept saying all she can do is fix it. I'm sorry but for me its common sense that if you screwed it up this bad, why would I trust you to fix it? She of course was offended and kept saying she's been doing this for 20yrs and never had someone not like it. As you can see from the pictures there's no way that statement is true. I ended up just going to another salon and paid $70 for them to fix it. She was horrified and felt so bad that there was nothing she can do to fix the weird bang thing she did to my right. She did a very good job blending it at least. But I have to wait for it to grow until I can make it match the left This was definitely the worst haircut I've gotten. I understand it was only a $35 haircut... but I've gotten haircuts cheaper than that that were great! I guess lesson learned. I honestly don't think this haircut she gave was even worth $1.

The issue is they seem to rush through it even if they aren't busy. Very little attention to detail and minimal effort which is disappointing given that it's $55 for the most basic service. The decline has been gradual so I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but this was my last visit today. Using old polish that is thick and results in a splotchy paint job plus the rushing made it look like I painted my own nails. I thought she was going to try to fix it but she left it that way. Bummer because this used to be my go to place.
