I booked an appt., with Matt the owner. He told me there was $100.00 deposit fee for the appt. I gave him the deposit and communicated to him on the phone that I wanted 2 signatures of my sons on my feet and a small butterfly symbol on my toe along with my two daughters having the same symbol tattooed on their toe. I assumed the price of the tattoo would be a fair price. Matt charged me $150.00 for each of butterfly tattoos, along with $200.00 for signatures. The signatures were a fair price; however the butterfly tattoos were inflated. The butterfly tattoos should have been no more than 50-100$. Not only was the price inflated, the owner wasn't very nice. He seemed grumpy and in a bad mood. I won't be going back. read more

We got our daughter's ears pierced and it was a great experience. Piercer Alison was very knowledgeable, kind and walked us through the process and made it so simple. We will definitely be back for future piercings and or tattoos. Our daughter was very nervous but also excited and Alison let her hold her puppy Mud to calm her nerves. read more

She designs and does some of the most incredible detailed custom tattoos (quickly too!) and you can tell she really took her time in making them perfect. I've gotten 5 tattoos from her and will never go to another artist again. Her work is perfect. You can see the care and skill in her intricate line work, and her shading is incredible. Rudest place i have ever dealt with in my 38 years of life. I hope they provided good art because their customer service skills SUCK! I called this place to see if they provided the services of piercings. The guy that answered the phone told me, " We have someone come in to do piercings on Wednesdays." I said just to clarify, I can't come in for a piercing over the weekend, correct?". He yelled into the phone, " If you FUCKING WANT A PIERCING DONE, YOU FUCKING HAVE TO COME IN ON A WEDNESDAY...". Matt is such a cool guy and does great work!! If you go to main street, request him. The other guy with the beard that works there is so rude and acts like your piece is an inconvenience to him. Anytime I would say "no i'd rather it be like this" he would make little comments and start huffing and puffing. For some reason I kept apologizing to him because I felt so uncomfortable. As someone who would be considered "unemployable" (whatever, Dad) due to the number/placement of my tattoos, I'd like to think I have a pretty good idea of how most tattoo shops operate. And I think it's fair to say that this tattoo shop is A1 STEAK SAUCE. It's near impossible to find a place that has good value, friendly artists, cleanliness, honesty, clout, actually caring about customer satisfaction and talent all in one. Lacey managed to work magic on my arm which was covered in scratcher tatts. I thought my arm was too far gone but she turned a disaster into a work of art. The half-sleeve I left with is better than what I had in mind. I already have a second appointment booked with her for another project. Will post pics when we're done. I met 5 of the artists (I think that's all of them ??) and they were all so sweet and down to earth. This is how a tattoo shop should be. this guy is a joke. charges you to draw something up, then he's out of state when you're supposed to come look at it so he tells you to come back a week later. the week goes by I didn't make it and he goes off saying I cost him a bunch of money when there was no specific appointment time, no approved drawing, no price agreed upon.
