We had to ultimately cancel because of timing conflicts with her school and I called them on her behalf to find out the process for a refund. Paul, one of the employees there l, answered the phone and immediately took offense to my asking for a refund. He went on to explain to me that "since I don't work there" I have no idea how difficult it was for them to apparently take her credit card info and nothing else and all the "expertise" this required, so I would have to pay $125 cancellation fee or they would "go out of business". All I did was call and ask about the cancellation process and he was completely unprofessional in his response. We went on to tell me to "smoke it in my pipe" and hung up on me after I called him out for his unwarranted and business unfriendly personality.
