But then, Creative Artist LLC offered an O-1/O-3 Visa extension service that they messed up with my (and my family) whole situation in the US. They don't have a proof that my process was filed to USCIS on the right timing (before expiration of my VISA, which is what we dealt). Now they said they can't refiled and are asking for more filling fees money (!!!) because of their employee mistake (which they don't say what was it). I tried to follow-up with phone calls, emails, SMS text messages and they always said it was "alright" All of the sudden, they said they couldn't do it, that they would send the documents for myself to file my renewal (???) because "they didn't have money to afford their mistake". I have tried to call Brittani Hull for the last 5 days (won't take my calls anymore), but only received SMS elusive replies = "I'm working to get your files and will refund when I can" Now, my VISA process and immigration status is messed up because of Creative Artist LLC. They said they will refund the renewal fees - $1000. I also want the filling fees - about $790 because they don't say where they were sent to - but they don't say WHEN to reimburse. How about all the harm (lawyer, having to move back to my country in a sudden way, overstay because of their huge mistake)? I'll seek for my rights for all of these situations and will only change my mindset if they solve my case the way that we dealt verbally and celebrated in a contract on Sep 26th 2018. Very unprofessional service. Me and my family (7yo and 3yo kids!) are completely lost. We always wanted to follow the rules and they messed up. I'm still waiting for the solution, documents, reimbursement and will seek for legal assistance for all the loss that Creative Artist LLC made for me during the renewal process. Be careful when applying thru this company. It looks like they never sent my documents to USCIS. Beware!

We flew to Miami where our trip started. R and R hosted a wine and cheese party so everyone could get acquainted with each other. The next day we took the short flight over to Cuba. Once in Cuba we met our Cuban guide, Manny, who stayed with us for the duration of the trip. Manny's knowledge of Cuban history was very impressive. The trip included all hotels, transportation, tours and most meals. We started in Havana and loved our Hotel, the Malia Cohiba. R and R had activities planned for us around the clock. We toured a Cuban cigar factory (I bought a few cigars...), went to a couple of the local synagogues in Havana, brought needed items to donate to the local pharmacies and then I went to a baseball game. We stayed in Havana for a few glorious days and then boarded our air conditioned motor coach and went to Cien Fuegos. This city is on a bay so of course the ladies planned a bay cruise with cocktails and cigars, it was great! We then went to Trinidad, the oldest city in Cuba. Trinidad is frozen in time with cobblestone roads and the people still use horse and buggies. We were then taken to where the Bay of Pigs invasion took place. It was eye opening.
