I had a last minute international work trip and forgot that my Passport expired a couple of months before. After spending a day in line at the Federal Building with nothing to show for it but an appointment to come back...I thought all hope was lost. I searched online for Expedited Pasport Services and found Global VIP Services. It had excellent reviews and figuring I had nothing to loose, I called them. I spoke to Nadereh and although I could tell she was busy, she asked me to come down to the office saying she would squeeze me in. I walked in, sat down and waited for my impromptu appointment. Nadereh was AWESOME!!! After reviewing my travel schedule, we deduced that we only had one business day to make this happen. Nadereh assured me she could help and that all was not lost. I completed the the paperwork, happily paid the fee to expedite, crossed my fingers and waited. Although I was hopeful, I still wasn't sure.... until Nadereh called a couple of days later. I am so happy to have found Global VIP Services and Nadereh. My fault, but I did not realize my passport had expired and had a trip in 7 weeks. The usual processing time was running up to 3 months with no guarantees. I reached out to many agencies in the area and they all said they could "rush" my passport. What I soon realized was that they were charging me $300 to do what I could basically do myself, with no guarantees. Due to covid, the passport agency does not allow walk ins. These agencies used to go in person and charge you a fee for doing so. They cannot do that any longer. Only authorized agents are allowed to submit rush in persons, and only 2 per week. Nadereh was able to secure an appointment and get me my passport guaranteed. The fees were worth the fact that it was guaranteed and I was able to have mine in hand with weeks to spare. I needed to get a visa for my trip to Brazil but unable to get into the Brazilian consulate I called a few visa agencies and decided to go with Global Vip.
