I arrived on time and Francine was waiting for me. She is very pleasant and a knowledgeable stylist. Since I am not bilingual, I was very pleased she speaks English so communication was not an issue. She had read the remarks I had put online, (thin, fine hair with cowlicks and some hair loss). After looking at my hair and listening to me, she took her time and explained what the best style would be and how we would get there. I was able to watch in a large mirror.
