Our real estate agent suggested that we call Henry Benton with Evolution in Action Remodeling and Foundation Repair. My wife and I couldn't have been more impressed. Henry gave us precise details of the work required ( which by the way all the others said we'll have to get back to you) along with the exact cost and the exact time to start and finish the work. Henry is not one of these absentee owners that subcontract everything out. He is completely hands on and when I say hands on he's working hard right along with the crew. Henry also much to our surprise said you pay me when I'm done. All the others wanted 50 percent or more and extremely vague about the work. Others even stated we'll know what's involved once we start.. Absolutely not Henry professional, precise and did exactly what he said he was going to do He showed us all the work and explained his work in detail. Henry made sure we were satisfied. Most important of all a lifetime warranty but we know we'll never have to call upon it due to the outstanding work. We know of other people that have used him Also and everyone has high remarks. Don't hesitate because you can't be in any better hands with Henry and his company.

If you are a SC homeowner definitely do not hire this man. There are a lot of local great SC contractors who will do the job right without getting in a nasty confrontation. Get a local SC contractors who have a license to work in SC. South Carolina requires contractors to be licensed and bonded through the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR). Without these safeguards, homeowners fear the contractor will abandon the project with their funds. Save your home from this type of charlatans. Contact your local county or city building department. Fixing a sinking foundation strictly requires building permits. Inform them that an unlicensed individual did unauthorized, unpermitted structural work on your home. Our house was so badly damaged, we couldn't move in, it was completely unlivable. I wish we never trusted this man, checked him first and went with Cantey or Mount Valley. Now he is using pictures of our home without our permission and shares our personal info to promote his illegal business. We don't appreciate it.

Thermal Imaging results: all 3 tray ceilings JOISTS are visible from inside (= -0- to "dusting" insulation above in the attic not per code in SC R38 ~22" Blown Insulation. We will turnover the report to builder for our 1yr Warranty expecting another "denied", but if not we'll insist PE crew perform the work confident house would finally pass code. Then when asked if they will replace this cost they denied that they ever even used your power. What a lying crooked company. The owner then claimed if it had happened he would have stopped it. Ok, how? When? At what point? And what were you going to use as your power source for all those power tools with cords? Even the compressor needed to be powered.
