To make things even better, he happened to be working in our area (HHI) that same afternoon and offered to stop by after he wrapped up his current job. I couldn't believe my luck and crossed my fingers that it wasn't too good to be true. A few hours later, Moises texted to let me know he was about ten minutes away--which I really appreciated--and assured me he was comfortable with dogs (a relief since we have two large ones). His rates are very reasonable as he quotes a full turnkey service to include all painting, trimming, removal of items such as lights, hardware, doorbells, etc. It took him almost 2 weeks to complete our entire house including the door and shutters. He paints the old fashioned way by using a brush and not rolling or spraying. He's quite meticulous. Once he was finished, he reinstalled all fixtures and lights. High quality, great value, very friendly.

Based on my experience dealing with Builtmart, LLC, I'm convinced that the positive reviews posted…read morefor this company have been generated by the owners and/or friends of the company to project an image that is neither accurate nor truthful. The unprofessionalism demonstrated by General Manager was astounding. Phone calls going unanswered, appointments not kept, paperwork not submitted, and inaccuracies in what was presented. The General Manager finally kept an appointment to measure the space I needed flooring for, only to be unable or unwilling to actually submit a proposal for the work. I followed up three times to request the subsequent proposal and was told on one occasion, when I stopped by the store, to expect a call from the General Manager within the next 30 minutes. I was told this by his coworker who called him in my presence to find out why I never received the proposal. Needless to say, that call from the General Manager was never received. Fortunately, the Bluffton and Hilton Head areas have many options for their flooring needs, and I for one strongly recommend choosing one other than Builtmart, LLC. I arrived at the realization that if Builtmart, LLC was as underwhelming, unreliable, and unprofessional BEFORE getting the sale, then the likelihood is that the quality of the work after securing the contract would probably leave a lot to be desired. My recommendation is to choose your flooring company wisely and choose anyone in Bluffton other than Builtmart.
