I first want to start by saying I did not buy my boat from Quality Boats, that was my first…read moremistake. I bought from another dealer and have nothing but trouble with warranty issues. Fast forward 7 months. I now store my boat at Quality in Englewood and they have been nothing but great. They are very responsive to your needs and if there are any issues they get right on it to make sure everything is taken care of. This is from the main office to all the folks in service and the guys loading and unloading the boats at the dock. Back to the warranty work from my original dealer. Quality boats (Eric) the service manager has worked it out to take care of my issues. Now after 7 months I will get the work done that should have been done. All of this will be warranty not costing me a thing. If they will do this for someone not buying from them think of what they will do if you buy at their lot. Next boat will be purchased from Quality and so glad I decided to store my boat with them. These guys and girls will have to kick me out because I am not going anywhere else! Sincerely Charles Green

I requested my batteries and took them to Auto Zone and had machine testing done on them and have documentation. Both batteries tested out good. I confronted the owner requesting that the money be returned to me. He had charged me $340, tax and labor along with other charges for supposedly other work they had done. He refused to refund any money for the batteries. I told him that he clearly took advantage of me. Be sure to read his reviews of others he has not treated fairly. I wouldn't ever take my boat back to him or ever refer anyone to use his business. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try to spare others of this wrong doing. Do you homework on where you take your boat don't trust that you will be treated right.

They seem to think that if it runs in their tank then everything is ok. After discussing the issue they only offered to do the same process again. I decided that I will not go back because I don't either know or care enough to diagnose an intermittent problem. They say they stand behind there work but they just want to charge me to do the same again.
