We had a family with two toddlers in a stroller placed right beside my family. They were never taken out of the stroller, just coughing and touching our table the entire time. And saying Hi the entire time. I was not there to entertain these two children. I was surprised the host/hostess didn't notice or ask the family to put the children at the table. The server had to maneuver to get around them. As far as our meal, the rib eye was great! Beautiful cut of beef, yet the butter was way too much and over powered the taste. Way too greasy. This does have the potential to be an amazing restaurant but the other factors really do come in to play when dining. And adding 20% tip to a 4 top was a bit much. The server would have received a larger tip if it wasn't added. Without telling me. I would like to try it again and hopefully not have the negative factors ruin the experience.

This was our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last. We were fortunate to grab two seats at the bar--our favorite place to dine--and from the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We started with the Oysters Rockefeller, which arrived piping hot. The oysters were large, flavorful, and perfectly prepared--a wonderful way to begin the evening. Our Caesar salads followed shortly thereafter. Crisp romaine, fresh ingredients, and a well-balanced dressing made for another excellent course. For our entrées, we both chose the steak and lobster tail. My wife paired hers with the grilled asparagus, while I opted for the loaded mashed potatoes. Every component of the meal was cooked exactly as ordered, seasoned beautifully, and absolutely delicious. To top off the evening, the staff surprised my wife with a complimentary slice of cake garnished with fresh strawberries and mixed berries to help celebrate her birthday. It was a thoughtful gesture that made an already memorable evening feel even more special. Prime 757 delivered exceptional food, outstanding service, and a warm atmosphere that made my wife's birthday celebration one we'll remember for a long time. We left impressed and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

Now they do Sunday buffets and I am always trying to talk my family into going! The food is rich and filling. There's been a time or two when I had an issue with a reservation or longer wait times than expected and the owners are always apologetic and try to make sure I still enjoy my visit. My biggest recommendation would be the bread pudding....I dream about that stuff!! It's so so delicious. Don't forget to call and reserve a table to try them out.

As the mother of the groom, I watched the day unfold from behind the scenes. There were multiple issues throughout the event, including late chair delivery, incorrect tablecloths, hors d'oeuvres that never made it to many guests, buffet items that ran out before everyone was served, and desserts that many guests--including the bride and groom--never received. Our day-of coordinator also had to step in several times to clear plates, refill the buffet, and manage tasks that should have been handled by the catering staff. We understand that no wedding is perfect, but the level of disorganization was disappointing. One staff member was even socializing with guests and asking if he could join the dancing, which felt very unprofessional. To the owner's credit, she met with my son and daughter-in-law afterward, but the resolution offered did not reflect the impact these issues had on such an important day. There are so many outstanding wedding caterers in the Hampton Roads area. Before making such a significant investment with this company, I encourage couples to do their research, compare several companies, and read recent reviews carefully. I hope this helps other couples make an informed decision.

We just finished celebrating Easter brunch/Dinner today on a Saturday. We are first timers with…read moreTraditions, but I must say our family was extremely impressed from start to finish! We ordered takeaway Easter brunch that needed to be pre-heated before serving. We had a choice of shrimp and grits or salmon but since we had a larger order we were able to do half and half and have the best of both worlds. Ordering and paying ahead before the deadline online was simple! If you have questions prior to ordering just call. We had certain requests and were informed over the phone it was feasible but to type it in under the special instructions box when ordering. Everything was delivered as ordered and promised! No issues at all! Once we arrived we just called and the gentleman came out promptly to our car with a cart and our Easter brunch neatly and carefully packaged in sturdy brown handled paper bags. The kind gentleman showed us the reheating instructions and explained to us briefly the timing. He took care to inform us which bag to keep horizontal so it would not spill. It was stapled shut and handed to us in the horizontal position as well. Hence to avoid confusion and prevent disastrous spillage. This was greatly appreciated! The food was neatly and carefully packaged with each aluminum sturdy container marked with its contents. Once again very smart and greatly appreciated! We just had to pop in the entire container in the oven. No fuss, no muss. Most items ranged from 10-12 minutes to re-heat some 15-20 minutes. The quality and quantity of food did not disappoint!! Pricing is definitely not cheap but the amount and quality of food is without a doubt worth every penny!! Even better was that none of us had to cook! Win win!! EVERYTHING was delicious! But the real stars were the grand marnier bread pudding, which not everyone can get bread pudding right, but this was heaven on earth for sure! The salmon was cooked perfectly. It was flavorful and a good size. The shrimp and andouille sausage shrimp and grits were hearty and delightful! Crab cakes with aioli.. slap me happy with seafood -very good! The food list goes on and on.. and I'm not complaining! The mushroom quiche with goat cheese was another big hit along with the breakfast foods of honey baked ham with pineapples and pecan and applewood bacon. We are soo full we haven't even tried the coconut pie! Thank you,Traditions, for helping to make our Easter a pleasant one with our bellies full and content. Feeling very blessed! Thank you, Jesus, and Amen!! P.S. Thank you Shawn Hoffman for calling us back to answer our questions!

There were Christmas trees, Christmas lights strung, and the tables were gorgeous with green and red linens and white chinaware. Along the wall was a beautiful display of hors d'oeuves like artichoke and spinach dip with crackers and pita points, cheese, and fruit. The dip was delicious! They had coffee, lemonade, tea for drink. The servers gave out the salad. It was lovely display of greens with cucumber and tomato. On the table were the boats of ranch or Italian vinaigrette. This also was delicious. On the far back wall was where they had the buffet style dinner. They had roasted potatoes, rice pilaf, and asparagus for the sides. The potatoes and asparagus were perfectly seasoned and cooked. I didn't feel the same for the rice. It was completely tasteless and left me disappointed. The main entrees were roasted sirloin with horseradish sauce and a pepper crusted salmon with mango cilantro. The sirloin was not really hot and also not seasoned well enough. The sauce was delicious though. The salmon was picturesque. It looked like it was out of a cooking magazine, and I wanted to love this so much buuuut my salmon was just a tad undercooked. I want to make this clear: everyone I talked to enjoyed their meal. I had someone tell me their salmon was over cooked. I had another loved their roast. And another dislike it as much as I did. There was a complete mix of opinion when it came to their food. Maybe it was just the menu selection that was chosen. Anyway, this place was great! I'd definitely come back again. The servers were great, the decor was lovely. Come check them out!

I'm not a huge drinker or one for that matter, but since the event was expensive, I went for the alcohol version. It did not disappoint! There was a peppercorn drink, and some fruity drinks and one with espresso beans and they were soo tasty and yummy!! Sound and lighting were perfect if you utilize it for your event. I wouldn't say the event place itself is bad. It's just outdated. It's very much stuck in the 90's era. It was the place back in the day! But they are doing something right because they have been around since the 80's! However, I will say it's very clean inside and the ballroom large, dependent which ballroom you're in. I don't think I noticed a ramp to enter the ballroom. There are a few steps down, a plateau then another few high steps into the ballroom it was held. They had staff shine a flashlight on the steps and verbally inform us to watch our step. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of stalls and I noticed a baby changing station available. I do wish they did renovations to their parking lot because it looks rough. Don't fret, if you don't see parking out front or the sides of the venue. I was not aware they had ample parking in the back. If you drive to the left of their building and turn left at the fence there are plenty of spaces, but the lot itself could benefit from some attention.
