The flooring was installed well, though it wasn't the product that I wanted. Then they painted the house without covering the floors. The result is paint-splotched flooring. They demolished the kitchen and bathroom. Then, 9 weeks after starting a 3 week job, they packed up their tools and personal effects and left. I paid them 22,000.00 up front for materials, most of which never showed up. In total I paid them 43,700.00 only to be left with no working bathroom, kitchen or heat. I am now paying another contractor to clean up their mess and finish the job. Kelly also failed to pay her subcontractors so I am paying them now. Beware of Kelly Lenz and Driving Force Construction.
