There's a large gift shop with anything you'd need as well as a museum of Native American information and artifacts. One cool thing is that they had a couple of bathrooms in the woods. This is major for people with kids or who drink way too much coffee and need to go to the bathroom a lot. I just liked exploring. The skywalk was great, I loved being high up and feeling like I was one with the forest. That being said it was more wobbly than I thought. Other than it being hard to walk and take pictures at the same time, it wasn't a big deal but for anyone that is slightly afraid of heights or doesn't have good balance I wouldn't recommend because it's long and you are stuck up there having to finish. You aren't allowed to pass people. The front has beautiful landscaping. It had many colorful flowers and a small dahlia garden as well as dahlias lining the front. It looks like it is very well maintained, I'm into flowers and I could see coming out here just to take pictures of the dahlias.

The gift shop had many souvenir options. The store was very large! The staff were very kind. I…read morerecommend stopping here for your souvenirs needs/wants. I would revisit! Side note: I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because their prices are pretty high.

This is a roadside zoo that isn't accredited by the Association of Zoos & Aquariums (AZA) (think Tiger King). They've been inspected by the Federal USDA's APHIS division 17 times and had 10 findings in just the past 5 years (including 3 times in 2026) with 14 findings overall since 2014. In September 2007, it was sentenced by a federal court to one month probation for violation of the Endangered Species Act and fined $10,000 when then owner Craig Wagner pleaded guilty in June 2007 to purchasing the park's ocelot for $3,000, which is illegal. USDA has confirmed that federal complaints against the facility had been filed after four reports of animal bites over the years. They claim they participate in AZA Species Survival Plans (SSP) for their endangered animals, but I can't find any evidence of that and given their reputation and since they are not AZA accredited, it seems unlikely that they are participating in breeding or otherwise keeping these endangered species alive. So much for their "sincerity" The "layout" of this "nice, small, zoo" that prevents the cats from having privacy away from crowds (which is why bigger zoos are bigger) mean the cages are small. Eleven acres for 50 cats alone is not near enough space - just look at their Visitor Info main page photo and/or Google Maps Satellite view to see the truth about this "nice, small, zoo". The "real plants" are dying grass and bare patches of dirt. The "real terrain" is one hill - just look at the site in Google Maps Terrain or Satellite view. The "knowledgeable guides" are not certified AZA Professional zookeepers. The guides use the "treat sticks" to bang on the cages to get the cats to roar and jump up on the bars for photos. "Glossy coats" are not a sufficient sign of animal welfare. Ask the guides and some will honestly tell you that the cats are there because they rent them out to the entertainment industry, not for education or conservation. When it comes to big, expensive, animals, I think "glossy and corporate" can mean they actually have the knowledge and money to care for their animals. Go to Wildlife Safari in Winston, OR instead, they are AZA Accredited and participate in AZA SSPs.

In 2017 when I got a camping space and THEN they told me there were no restrooms for the campers, as I recall from 8 years ago it was because things were out of order and being worked on. I was shocked and asked them, as a camper, where am I supposed to go? They had no answer. So I left. And I filled a formal complaint with the county health inspectors about luring me into getting a camping space only to then tell me there were no restrooms. He was as shocked as I was. OK, so this was 8 years ago and I'm sure their toilets have been fixed by now. But, no, i'm not confused and I did not have the wrong place. So that event gets to stay with you on Yelp hopefully forever, because it was a nightmare for me, I was ill and very tired and really needed a place to stay and it was a long drive back to find another place.

They have large and small cabins with kitchens, a RV park/campground, and a small motel. I stayed in the motel. Only $65 for the night which was very reasonable. The motel is probably from the 50s, and the decor is older, but very nice. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were spotless. There are no phones at the resort, and my cell service didn't work. I have T-Mobile, but I don't know if Verizon or AT&T would work either, as the resort is a ways from town. However, the resort does have Wi Fi. It doesn't work in the rooms, but it works with speed fast enough to stream video in a common area in the middle of the resort. They also have DirecTV in the rooms. The resort had a snack bar, but it wasn't open when I was there, because there were only a few people staying there. He said that they need at least 10 people staying to open it up. I can understand that. They also have a laundry. Overall, a comfortable stay and a nice simple place. It's close to the attractions, being on the Caves Highway, only 15 minutes from Cave Junction, (Definitely check out the Great Cats World Park), and Oregon Caves is only a half hour further up the road. I'd stay here again.
