The Tuff Trucks "obstacle" course was a joke, it amounted to a series of speed bumps that were soon flattened by the few competitors who showed up to race. The poor quality of the track cannot be blamed on money issues, it just wasn't done right. Something needs to be done to draw people back to taking part in the fair, and Mutton Busting is not the answer!
