They are friendly, help lift my legs when they see I am struggling & ALWAYS do an amazing job. I get the full treatment with massaging of feet/calves which I need & try not to sleep. There were 2 ocassions where I they pushed/cleaned my cuticle was too much and it started bleeding. It wasn't too bad and person working on my nails sincerely apologized - so I'm totally fine with it. And to be honest my skin and nails are kind of fragile and thin so I can see it happening if you go too far with the cuticle push/clipping(sorry for the wrong nail jargon as my knowledge with nail stuff is quite limited). I give them 5 stars because I really enjoy going there to get my nails done. Mint's location is far from where I live ( the SE), but I will take time out of my day to drive there because their service is superb. In addition to their awesome service the atmosphere in mint is modern, clean, and friendly. So I definitely recommend Mint for a relaxing nail spa day! :)

I sat for about an hour with her pushing quite hard on my eyes trying to get the lash lift pad to stick (for roughly 15 minutes per eye). At one point she got perm solution in one of my eyes but I was worried to mention it because I felt that it would have been worst had she tried to fix it since she had no idea what was going on. It's quite negligent to have someone not fully trained working with peoples eyes. I left with my lashes FULL of glue and my eyelids stuck open from glue. The best part? Absolutely no change in the curl of my lashes (picture attached) I guess you get what you pay for! Save your money, and pay the little extra at a real spa!!!!!

My nails last a long time. They always are so gracious to kids.
