She was very cold, didn't ask what kind of service I was looking for and barely remembered to check what kind/colour of polish I wanted. Her work turned out rather messy, with glitter/particles being mixed with some of the polish- not at all close to what I actually wanted. I ended up going home with bleeding cuticles and polish smeared on some of my fingers. I will be avoiding her in the future, if I ever return here. Again, very disappointing. The atmosphere and quality of the rest of the staff is so much better!

I walked in at 230pm on a Sat for a walk in with no appt and was able to get in within 20 min. Staff were all nice, eqpt was Clean and good selection of polish. Stacey was my nail tek and was very friendly and nice. She did an amazing job and took great care in giving me the best mani I've had in a really long time. They are friendly, help lift my legs when they see I am struggling & ALWAYS do an amazing job. I get the full treatment with massaging of feet/calves which I need & try not to sleep. And their massage chairs are great for my back. The staff are kind hearted & pay attention to detail. Prices are great! I have been going for a few years & discovered a hidden gem. Thanks guys!
