For starts my chair was not working. The massage options were unavailable which was disappointing. My partners pedicure without paint lasted 11 minutes with approximately 1.5 minutes of massage and scolding hot towels. My pedicure lasted approximately 25 mins. The filing was borderline painful , as my nails were cut extremely short and then filed to the point my skin was tender. The individual doing my nails did nothing to make the experience at all pleasant and frankly seemed untrained. I'm disappointed spending money for such a low quality service.
