My nail artist, Allyssa, is very good at her job. She not only listens to what I ask for, but she gets the shape and the length perfect. I've only had one design by her so far, but I'm looking forward to having her work on some other nail designs for me. I also had the pedicure. The pedicure is a water free pedicure, which at first worried me because my feet are pretty dry. But the outcome was very good! I found that my feet felt better doing it this way than having my feet soaking water first. Definitely coming back for a pedicure again as well.

I had upgraded the gel ((edit: I did pay for a more expensive gel and expect any gel in a manicure not to bend when you touch the end of your nail)). I will not go back as I don't like my nails breaking to the point they hurt. I had 7 / 10 nails break so low on my fingers that it hurt, and I am gentle on my nails. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I explained I was stuck in traffic and couldn't call. I waited for 20 minutes and then had my pedicure. They have in the past made me wait 20 minutes when they were running late, and I didn't push back. Recommend Lee communicate politely with customers, and understand traffic and cell phones don't work!

Aside from the absolute garbage paint job, the leg massages feel like someone sanding your leg up and down non-stop- there's no actual massage technique. if it weren't for the massage chair i wouldn't consider it "massage included". Our nails grew faster than usual. Last time I got my nails done a while ago and it took a week and a half for it to grow, and show that gap. My nails now only took 3-4 days. When it came down to paying for our service it seemed like they were adding things onto it that weren't part of the service. Price went from 133 to 280 Something. Besides all that, it was okay. I just personally wouldn't come back.
