So let's start by saying the place is nice & clean. Something I look for in a salon. The older lady who helped me check in was wonderful. She also did my pedicure. However she took over 2 hrs. & I got the Pearl Pedicure with a French tip. Such a sweet lady but she seems to run everything in there as well. Or at least takes the lead on it. Went in for a gel manicure. While they did a good job at prepping the nails, it's when they started to put on the polish is when it went a little downhill. The edges were sloppy and the skin around my nails were left with lots of gel on them. It felt like they gave up towards the end of doing the polish as they were cleaning up the edges at first and then stopped. The gel is soft enough to make a dent even after curing, and is peeling up now on the pointer finger a couple hours later. The salon in general was very clean and updated, staff were friendly and overall was a nice establishment. I just unfortunately got a bad manicure. Maybe they were just having an off day. read more

The best service!! We came here for pedicures before our flight out of salt lake because we had time to kill. We are so glad we did! Everyone who works here is hilarious, it's like a comedy show but very professional at the same time! Lynn and her husband have such great hospitality, their daughter offered us water bottles and they even ordered egg rolls for everyone! It was the best and most relaxing way to end our national parks vacation and our feet needed it! They accepted us as walk ins and a few appointments after us had to wait. I love that they have a rewards program punchcard. I would recommend to make an appointment. For the first time they do your full set is $35 and each time we get a feel it's $15 so I think that's a bargain. The experience and customer service was so great here. They took their time giving he pedicure and manicure giving great massage. The pedicure includes so many great things like scrub, softening foot wax and hot towel. They also use new tools that are non-sanitizing (nail file and foot sponge)on each person and send them home with you so you know no infections will happen.They even took there time when me and my husband were there and it went past closing time which impressed me a Lot. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because I also got a gel manicure and it only lasted me a week. :( Which they usually last me 3 weeks. Also I noticed the next day my heals on my feet were not as smooth as I would hope the day after a pedicure. I thought it was cheaper than usual but me and my husband paid $85 total without the tip added on. Which was pedicure for both and gel manicure for me and he got his nails cleaned up. I made an appointment for a ped/man at 2:30. They always do a good job. I was disappointed that I had to wait 45 min before they started my pedicure( he did a great job). This spa was not busy when we went in, however it felt really dirty. They really need to clean better and they need to update everything. The lady that did my daughter's nails asked where she got them done. She kept bad-mouthing the place because she thought they did a crappy job. That to me is not professional at all. When they did my older daughter's nails she made them so thick that they looked like a bad press-on nail. We were not happy with them. I had to pay another place extra money to fix hers and they still do not look right...I would recommend shopping around before you go here. read more
