The tech struggled through every step of the pedicure and manicure. You offered for someone else to finish my service and I said I need to be somewhere in 10 minutes (this was after being there much longer than the service typically takes) and you didn't respect or care for my time you insisted someone else paint my nails. I felt very pressured to stay. I will not be returning as a customer so the partial refund on a future visit does not satisfy or fix my previous experience.
