"I keep going back"! My review of Happy Nails reminds me of that toxic relationship that you may have had as a teenager. I want to go back, and I have given them wayyy too many chances over the past decade, but they never give me what I deserve! I have had polish, literally shed off like snake skin, a day after my visit. I have had my toenails buffed to the point of splitting. . .straight down the middle. It's taken months and my nails are still messed up. I went back to address my concerns and they quickly tried to rectify the situation, but the owner followed me out and asked why I didn't pay. I hate to give a bad review. These people are really so nice but they just aren't good at nails. read more

This place has been a staple for me since I discovered it a few years ago! It is a hidden gem right in Manomet, and usually less busy than some of the larger salons / salons located in other areas of town. They always accommodate me as a walk-in (though I recommend making an appointments during summer months or any weekend year-round) and provide quality services. Price points are about the same as other salons. Only downside here is that they are cash-only. There is an ATM on site but it charges you a $2 fee. If they started accepting debit cards and/or Venmo, they'd get 5 stars from me! read more

My experience here was alright. The staff was very kind, but they were clearly understaffed. Additionally, no where does it mention this online or in the store but this business is CASH ONLY! We did not even think about it until another person came in and asked. Considering nails are not cheap (i.e. no service is under like $30), we barely made it work with the cash we had on hand. There is an atm machine in the salon but that would require you to remember your atm card. They did a pretty good job with the nails but I think the business has some room for improvement. read more

I went for my first pedi after this whole COVID thing thinking that it would be a good one because these places have been closed for so long and happy to be getting business back. I made an appt for my sister and I. My pedi was literally 20 minutes and my sister didn't even get started until I was almost done. I have never had a pedi for less than 35-40 minutes. It was so quick I didn't even get to relax. I'm really disappointed as I came here with my wedding party and have been here a handful of other times. I hope they return back to the way they were giving people relaxing pedicures and taking their time. A good pedicure is at least 35 minutes! read more

My two daughters and I made a reservation for pedicures on a Sunday. We agreed that we did not find the salon very pleasing. First of all, the pedicure tubs were not lined with the plastic coverings that are found in most spas these days. One of my daughters had a new (I think) technician who actually burned the bottom of her foot with the stone she took directly out of the microwave. Not a good situation. So first off let me say that I'm 7.5 months pregnant and have been looking forward to a mani pedi since prior to covid, well I was VERY disappointed! First off let me say that the pedi was terrible the guy doing my nails couldn't under stand me it was very frustrating to say the least, the water was Luke warm, also it was like they were in a shortage of supplies, used the most minute amount of lotion, scrub ect, not to mention the massage which I was so looking forward to was terrible. Then onto the nails, it looked like a 5 yr old did it, I wanted square and tried to communicate that and he didn't understand. As far as cleanliness there was a huge lack which surprises me with covid. They had dividers but I don't think they had been cleaned since put up. Also didn't wipe down the chairs in between clients. Then the thing that really pissed me off was that a lady was able to come into the salon with NO MASK greeted by staff, pick out colors and then sit down and I had to say something to her and she finally put one on! How does that even happen?! If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again. read more
