I needed a pedicure right before 4th of July and it was the evening time.. around 7pm. Was trying to make an appointment for the next day because everywhere was closing soon but V Star ladies said... "come on down! When can you get here!?" They took me in and made my feet feel soft and look pretty again! Thank you thank you! I paid 70$ for gel pedi but it came with 15 min leg and foot massage and paraffin,and stone massage as well. It's been a week and my feet still feel soft and look good and I am rugged! Lmao! Friendly staff... but not a good manicure. I asked for no cutting of the cuticles so the nail tech started to pick at my cuticles with her fingernails making them jagged. Nails all different lengths. There were also dirty acrylics at the nail station I was sitting at. read more

I really only like to have my cuticles done and my nails shaped and that is it. No polish, no massage. I have severe arthritis and it is painful to have my nails done so I only do what is really needed. This is one of the few salons that doesn't insist that I pay for a full manicure. read more

My personal experience was unsatisfactory. Everything was fine up to the point where I didn't like the color I chose. The tech was irritated that I wanted to get a bright color. After I went out to pick a new gel color, she got up and said someone will finish then she went to start a customer with a pedicure. I waited 5-8 mins for a different tech. She provided adequate service but then when she just had to wipe and apply oil to the final foot she got up and told the tech that was doing my nieces' nails to finish as she got up to tend to yet another customer. She literally had one more step but didn't think much of giving me service. On the other had my niece had great treatment from her male tech who did a great job engaging her and making sure everything he did was up to her standard. I let management know of my disappointment and decision not to get my planned gel manicure. My non-customer service was worth a $7 discount. My nieces nails came out beautiful. read more

Nails cut to short, they were about 1 1/2-2 in long when I went in, lady never even asked nor communicated appropriately at how I wanted my nails down cut or shaped. Didn't like the color I wanted and chose her own. Had different techs , some don't speak any English at all! Didn't even use the grater on my pedi cure at all, after leaving I feel like I need to go someplace else for another pedicure. Finger nails cut to short uneven and not shaped evenly at all!! Again no communication!! I didn't even stay to finish , not worth it, tech got my hands very sticky after I washed them then tried to use lotion over it, told me to get acetone to remove it!! WTH am I paying for!! Then raised her voice at me (in front of all customers) for refusing to have her put lotion on my very sticky hands and fingers from her dirty hands and telling me to just get some acetone afterwards to get it off. i just wanted to pay and leave so I can go pay someone else somewhere else !! This place has gone way down hill over the past few years and not worth wasting your time! Was awful experience, not enjoyable nor relaxing on neither the pedicure or manicure But not washing your own hands or replacing dirty gloves is NOT acceptable at all! She also had her young daughter in there as well. People use to be very nice, pleasant, personable accommodating and used to be great service, not anymore. read more

Such kind people, great affordable relaxing service. I got the jasmine $52 pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've ever received.

I recently went for my biweekly gel manicure- the removal process ruined my nails. The operator use the drill to remove the gel in record time and in turn destroyed my nails. If they try to use just a drill to take off your gel make sure they stop !! The damage is awful. read more

John is great, but I made an appointment first thing on a Thursday morning and wasn't helped for a full half hour after my appt time. Don't bother with an appointment because it won't be honored anyway. I'm very disappointed in the respect that was shown to me today. read more

Just discovered this place. Very welcoming. I love the calm birds playing on the sound system. I had a fullset with power put on & Jenny did a great job. Came back for a delux pedicure with the fiance and it was very relaxing. I especially enjoyed the hot stones and parrafin wax. Nice long massage. We will be back. Also extremely clean. read more

Have been trying to find a place that does a great job. Think I found it. Hannah does a saved my nails and pedicures are out of this world. Wish my hands and feet were cute enough to show but they aren't. So you will have to see for yourself. Very clean and took their time. More than enough colors to find something you like. read more

Appointments mean nothing here. I called at 10:45 this morning and asked for an appointment for dip powder at around 1:30 or 2pm today. I was told to come at 1:30pm and she asked for my name. When I showed up at the given time I was told that my appointment was not written in the book and they were too busy to help me. This was the second time I've had an issue with my appointment. Last month I made an online appointment with a specific tech, Danny. When I arrived at my appointment time he had just started another customer. He claimed that my tech request was not recorded. I offered to have a different tech as I could see others were not busy. But instead I was made to wait over a half hour for him to finish with the other customer. Needless to say I won't be back. My time is valuable as well. read more

Everyone is extremely nice, and NO ONE tries to pressure you into getting more expensive services like other nail salons typically do. This is place is absolutely horrible, my nails came out awful. Initially without fully looking at them I thought they were fantastic however after looking at them, I noticed they were not even placed on my nails correctly. The acrylic was on my skin, some of which was already coming off of the nails immediately after getting into the car. The acrylic was lifting off of the nail, the nails were quite important seeing how it was only my sisters wedding. My sister as well as I both had our nails redone at two different locations due to the fact that this place was awful. This was the second time I went to this place and I WILL NOT give them a third try. They charged so much and the disappointment factor was so high it was just outstanding! This review was written under the wrong salon's reviews and I noticed today so I apologize to that salon and removed it. This salon needs to have new employees and update the abilities they are able to provide! read more
