We all had pedicures, the five-year-old had her toes and nails painted, I had gel nail Polish put on, and my 17-year-old granddaughter had nails put on. The total for all this was $300. I had to go back for my nails as a gel polish was coming off and part of my nails were already broke. My 17-year-old had a nail that just came off completely. Never saw this happen ever and I've been getting nails put on for a long time. They did put another nail on her, and redid my nails.Well she's gone and back in Ohio and had to put another set on because they kept falling off. Still new to the area and someone recommended Creative Nails to be. Well, I am embarrassed to say that I paid, with tip, around $80 for a gel pedicure July 10 that lasted less than 10 days. I woke up the next day and the polish on one toe was completely gone, so I went back and she fixed it. But then a week later two toes on that foot were bare, and two on the other. I'm used to the polish on my toes lasting until the next pedicure, and that's with regular polish. The gel polish she talked me into (because it would last longer) should have at least lasted two weeks. I also got my legs waxed. It was a long, awkward experience and I still had hair when it was done. She did do a good job on my eyebrows, though. She was very friendly and good at up-selling! Went and got a basic pedicure and French tip acrylic today. Nothing is center and so uneven, then my total was 141. They charged me extra for idk what for French tip was an extra 8 on the menu which I was okay with but I got charged way extra. When asked they ignored me. I payed and walked out to avoid a scene. Don't let Bryan touch your nails! I've had great experiences with other nail techs at this salon but recently had Bryan for dip nails. I got tired of asking him to shorten or shape every nail so now they're all different shapes and most are crooked. This place was the biggest waste of time! I waited for over 25min, only to have them call back a lady to be seen who had only been there for 5min!! I even asked the lady if she had an appointment, and she said no! Then, I asked the nail tech if she is going by the list up front and she said yes, but she didn't even look at that list before choosing who she wanted to do a service for. Point blank, she skipped everyone who didn't fit her "ideal client" look and chose who she wanted to regardless of how long everyone else had been waiting. When I first arrived, I was quickly greeted shown to a pedicure station. The man at the first nail station was friendly and assisted me getting in on the chair which was a nice touch even though he had a client as well. I stopped by here because I doing so much in the area. They use the pedicure bowl liners, so that was a plus. However, I didn't notice that the white bubblemaker thing was cleaned prior to putting the new liner in the bowl. Not sure what the procedure is for that but it made me pause. Now I'm going to have to check at my regular spot as well. The young girl doing my service was nice but brief. She did ask if I was happy with the colors I chose along the way just in case I wanted to make changes. Once I got home, my toe polish is syill kind of wet. My hands are completely dry, and my toes were done first. I'm not sure what was used or why it's like this, but after an hour later and sitting under the toe dryer for 10 minutes this should not be the case. Being slightly tacky is fine but this is straight up wet. If I touch it with my fingers it's on my fingers. All the little toes are jacked already. Bummer. read more

my mother and I came for pedicures on dec. 31st around 10 am. the polish has air bubbles, I did not ask for my toes to be cut down just filed and squared and he cut down all of them except my big toes...and did not shape my big toes only the others. he didn't coat the entire nail with colored polish and went over see through color with clear gel on the outer edges. not my worst pedicure at all but not worth what they are charging. read more

I went in today with one of my friends because she has heard a lot a good things about this place. Since I have been looking for a good nail salon since moving to the area I was happy to go. It was one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. 1) She rushes the whole way through the process. From the point I stay down to the point I was leaving in my car was 25 minutes. I got a full set and my friend got a fill-in and it took her 50 minutes. 2)She cut me and when I jump she said "oh it happens." I didn't know I was bleeding until I saw her put nail glue over the cut. 3) When I got up to wash my hands I noticed that there was white stuff on them. I didn't know if it was glue or acrylic. So as I'm trying to pick it off she comes over and says it's glue. She then wiped my hands down with alcohol on a napkin. After she did that there was still white stuff so I was still picking at it while she stood there and said "who pay you or her." I said me and she walked off grabbed my phone from the nail station and ushered me to the front to pay. At this point I give her my card and I am still picking at the white stuff on my hands and she says "oh ur hands are dry you need oil." Overall her customer service was terrible. I go to the nail salon to relax. It seemed as if nobody wanted to be there. Even my friend said they moved her 3 times and the lady who did her nails looked like she was agitated when she first sat down. One good thing is they do have a huge selection of acrylic powder colors and gel polish colors. This is the only reason I gave this place 2 stars. read more

This is an excellent salon. Very clean abs professional. The owner is very kind and my technician, May, is the BEST! I've been going to her for more than 7 years and I drive here from Summerville just to have her do my nails. She takes her time, never makes me feel rushed, and always makes sure I am 100% happy. The salon itself is clean, prices are average compared to other local salons, and the staff is pretty friendly, so I'll give them one star for those factors. However, I am not happy with the service I received. I went in for a French manicure dip powder. On the surface at a quick glance it looks good and today that's all I have time to be concerned with. But when I get home from a work trip next week, I'll be getting them fixed immediately. First of all, under my nails are horrifying. The tech did not do a single thing to remove any powder or polish that may have gotten under them - apparently that's just my problem to deal with it seems. Additionally, my nails were not filed/shaped evenly. And to top it off (pun entirely intended), three of my nails have totally uneven surfaces. Suffice it to say, I will not be returning here ever. I'm moving in a few months and can confidently say I will not be returning to this salon between now and when I move. Additionally, I have friends living in the area and I will most definitely be warning them of this place. There are other salons in the area that are much better, just as clean and friendly, and the prices are the same. read more

Came here for a basic pedicure with my mom this morning. We were the first ones here upon opening. The pedicures were very quick - 15-20 minutes max. My nails look nice but not a super relaxing pedicure experience. They use liners in the pedicure basins which is a good sign that they care about cleanliness! An overall okay experience - don't know if we will be back as there are other places that give a more relaxing basic pedicure experience. read more

A big nope! I had acrylics removed. She unnecessarily ripped off all but four of my real nails. She could have saved all of them if she'd tried. Against my better judgment, I let her apply SNS powder and tips on the nails she ripped off. They literally look like chiclets!! My nails are not all the same shape. The lady filed into my skin on two fingers, making them bleed. Didn't even acknowledge that she did it or apologize. Three of my nails are crooked. Not happy. Should have refused to pay the $50 they charged me but I didn't realize how horrible they looked until I'd left the shop. Also, after a week's worth of growth, it is becoming more apparent how crooked the application was. read more

Second time I've been here. Both experiences have been good. Fast service, clean and beautiful pedicure each time. They have cute little chairs for ypunger ppl pedis which is just adorable. The people there have been very nice and thorough in making sure they understand what you want. Great selection of nail colors. Not all of them are top line but still very nice colors. This time the boyfriend came along with me as he needed some foot attention. They did a great job making him feel comfortable and relaxed.
