Tina was absolutely wonderful and took her time removing the SNS and finishing with a flawless gel application! She also finished with a hand massage, which was not expected. She pays a lot of attention to detail when she's doing your nails so you can put your full trust in her. I will definitely be back. I always go to this salon, have been extremely pleased. The owner usually does my nails, I tip very well, thought he would remember me. This was the 2nd day they opened post the pandemic. The tech who did my pedicure was very rude. She got upset when I asked her not to use the metal file, it cuts your feet. She then starts talking about me in her language to her coworkers. I wanted leave and have my nails and brows done elsewhere. The owner convinced me to stay, his wife finished my service. She was not engaging again, talking in their language. I paid, tipped and left. They lost a loyal customer today. The pedicure was awful, nails and brows, just ok. I wouldn't recommend. There are too many other places with much better service. read more

Worst gel fill I've had in 3 years. Acrylic is so thick and the polish is just gloopy. Shape is not consistent and underneath was not filed so it's rough. I also have paper cuts in three fingers because he was filing the edges so roughly with no regard to my skin. When I went in my nails looked like my natural nails and when I came out, I looked like I had on $3 press on nails. I'm going to have to try another salon just to get these fixed. First of all, I've been coming here a little over 2yrs now. One day I decided to go an get my nails done and I had asked for the young lady who has done my nails several times before and the gentleman told me that she was not there yet and asked me to come back when she would be in. Then I had asked for another lady an was told that she was off and I asked could anyone available to do my nails and Alex told me that no one wants to do my nails and they said NO..I'm like what the heck is going on here obviously they have gotten me mixed up with someone else but I'm like to deny your device to a customer was just unheard of and what tops it off I had as for the owner's wife an she told me NO as well.Again, WTF...so I left without showing my ASS up in their. I got to thinking that there are plenty of nail salons on ever corner that would appreciate my business and I vow to never set foot into that salon again and I will never recommend them to anyone and I will always talk bad about them to anyone.. They got me in quickly, did a good job and were very clean and courteous. I appreciated the service and will definitely be back.

Do not go here!!! If i could leave 0 stars, I would. The staff is unprofessional and my nails were not done with excellence. The nail technician rushed. I got a pedicure and manicure and I had a coupon. I had TWO charges on my card and they ended up charging me $20 extra dollars and I have no idea why. I have been coming here for months. In the beginning, their service was exceptional. I felt that their work was so good that I made it my permanent place to get my nails done. Things got worse as I started to visit more often. I started to get the Dip Powder nails and after 2 weeks, they began to crack in the middle every time. I just went in today for a soak-off and an acrylic overlay with gel polish. The nail technician that I received today had the worst attitude that I've ever experienced in a nail salon. With every little request I had, he attempted to charge an extra fee. When I asked him to shape my nails in a coffin shape, he told me that it was $5.00 extra. I was willing to pay, but as he was shaping my nails, I noticed that he was shaping them in a square rather than a coffin. Not to mention, he kept filing my skin with the nail tool. When I told him that my nails were more square than coffin, he got another attitude and asked me to waited on his boss. Needless to say, I paid $35 for the minimal service that I received and I left. They will never receive my business again. I am highly disappointed. read more

If there was a zero stars I would pick that!!! My daughter and I went in to get a mani pedi and while I was sitting in the chair I asked a simple question to the owner, "What safety measures did he have in place while Covid-19 is an issue?" I asked because he was seating people side by side in the pedi chairs and had empty ones where he could put one in between customers. Mind you this was first thing in the a.m. so it wasn't packed. Instead of him answering me, he refused to service me stating if I'm uncomfortable then I can leave. He told the worker to put her stuff away And he put me out. I was appalled. He literally put me out! All I was asking was what measures he had, not even stating I had an issue. Just a simple question. But I think because he knew he should be doing more he was offended by my question. I left and went to princess nails where I was met at the door with a thermometer to make sure I'm not sick and once inside I was surprised how much they're doing to keep us safe. Creative nails won't ever get a penny of my money and I hope no one gets sick while there. read more

Extremely Rude staff & management. Made my fingers bleed. Overpriced. The guy my sister had got very annoyed when she asked the price of things. He was NOT clear on what she was getting done. Basically I would NOT recommend this place. If you pay a lot for a nail service, you should get above and beyond what you pay for and the staff shouldn't be rude, annoyed and irritable. read more

I took my cousin and her maid of honor there before the wedding. After waiting for about 10 mins to be put in a chair they left us there to soak until the water was cold and they had to refill with hot water. The bride asked for a solid color polish with glitter on the tips. What she got was ridiculous! The flower girl could have done a better job painting her nails! There was sloppy polish around the outside of the nail and even on their fingertips. There was no visible glitter on the brides nails and the maid of honor's "French tips" were smudged. I asked for a gel manicure and even though I didn't get the colors I asked for it looked decent until it started peeling off less than a week later. They refused to fix the bride's nails or even to remove the excess polish from her fingertips and yet we were still charged nearly $200! I understand not everyone can do Pinterest style designs and we didn't ask for anything complicated but I expect to be told upfront if they can't do what we asked for so that we can choose something else. And I personally believe that you should be able to get a basic French tip from any salon you go into but that was not our experience here. The problem with these big salons is that you never know if you're going to get someone experienced or someone who doesn't have a clue about what they are doing. In our experience it was 2 out of 3 people who couldn't provide a basic service. read more
