I contacted Jeff at Markham Restoration, they came by picked up the chairs. When they started cleaning the chairs the fabric started separating and falling apart, age mostly. We decided to reupholstered all 8 chairs in a beautiful fabric that Jeff sent me a sample of and they did an outstanding, quality job. But we were not in a rush so it was fine. The results are wonderful!! They even added extra fabric for the headrest area so we can wash it when needed. The chair legs was reattached beautifully and very strong and stable. It was a little pricey but we selected a good fabric and our chair looks like it just came from the showroom!
