Rachel (big smile, long blonde hair!) and Natalie were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what we needed. What stood out most was how they treated my friend's two young kids--so patient and kind, never making us feel rushed. My friend had been eager to visit after loving the website, and the experience far exceeded expectations. She's already raving about it back home in Tulsa, and I'll be spreading the word too--Hale House is truly a Fort Worth gem! We'll definitely be back.

The staff member and I visited for a bit, and he provided some advice on which kind of gas to purchase in order to mix with the oil. The price seemed fair as it was a "name brand" item. Once at the register, the young lady cashier was very friendly and helpful. After today's wonderful experience, I may choose to shop here more often. It was advertised as "In Stock" and "Ready to Ship" which was a selling point for me considering I needed the storage room urgently. My card was charged Nov 7th which is when the order is supposed to ship. I have now spent several hours talking to 5 different customer service agents and supervisors. It turns out this order never shipped and there was a production delay and is now backordered. I have waited 3 months and have received zero updates from anyone. I have had to call and follow up every other week because each person tells me a different story. I was told : 1. The item was shipped and at my local delivery center, there is just a delay at the dock and should be delivered in 3-5 days. This was in November 2022. 2. The item has not been shipped and the vendor has a backorder. It was supposed to ship, but then did not have enough stock, but they charged my card and now cannot do anything about that unless I cancel the order. 3. In December 2022, this item was on a seasonal promotion and was once again "in stock" and "ready to ship". I contacted customer service, they told me the website is OFTEN inaccurate and they have no control over what is advertised and whether it's true or not. 4. January 13, 2022, I am now told this has not shipped and will be coming from an international vendor and there is no timeline to receive my order, while the maximum compensation they can provide is 15% off for this "inconvenience". Would love for this to be resolved, but it really seems like PB is incapable of putting someone on the phone who knows what they are talking about. I have talked through chat, on the phone several times, emailed twice. ZERO accountability. Misleading business practices. False advertising. I got all the receipts too.

I carried a rather long list of items I wished to take home that day. Items that included nearly every single dept/area. We roamed about on two separate days. Not once were we greeted. First time we looked for about 45 minutes, zero contact. Second time, I gave them about 20 minutes and realized they were not interested in making any kind of a sale. We had just come from an event that required business attire, so I don't "think" we looked like bums. SO PB, we gave you TWO tries. Found everything we needed in Clearfork. We were actually given "service" in many of the shops and checked off most of the list. We were not the only customers treated this way. I saw several customers with arms full of items and trying to awkwardly carry them to the check out. I do not feel the prices charged in this store warrant such disregard for service. I mean, not even a greeting. Not a "Hey, I don't want to hover but if you need anything let me know..." Will spend my money where it is appreciated.

At least at this location, there aren't a million things cluttering the aisles so badly that you can't even walk through. The staff on the floor is always busy merchandising, but they will stop to help if you ask. The lines can get crazy, but they call in all the cashiers and usually get through the rush in a reasonable amount of time (not during the holidays, when it's naturally a little busier). The cashiers are friendly and efficient and this is one of my favorite place to shop for home decor and other things that I don't need. ;)

I'm not complaining about the people...I'm complaining about the stocking going on while the store is packed and those huge product bins in almost every aisle and path. Seems with the amount of Saturday business and even the registers being backed up to the furniture section, you can get the stock bins out of the way and to the back staging area. Clear the aisles for that amount of people WITH carts and children.

I found a couple of darling things for good prices that I'm very excited for, and I was very pleasantly surprised to see several staff members roaming the store, with one kind woman offering to hold our items up front while we shop! It was $160 plus with tax and all the girl did was wad up in a ball and stuff in a bag , but she even had to ask if we wanted a bag. Really these people don't care about what they're selling behind the counter I was appalled Do we want a bag? Did you think we were gonna wear it out? And what of the merchants there wouldn't they appreciate having their stock treated a little bit better with a little bit more respect.?

DO NOT BUY POOL HEATER FROM LESLIE'S!!!…read more I really wish there was something lower than this. I could give them. Five years ago, we spent $4000 on a heat pump and a warranty. After one year, it began leaking. When I called Leslie's, I was told "we don't work on them" and to call an HVAC company. Not one word about warranties or coverages or anything else... Just "we don't work on them". Over the past three years we have had three HVAC companies and two pool companies come out and tell us they cant work on them because they can't get parts. Somebody finally told us that Leslie owns Jacuzzi pool equipment. When I called Leslie's, they admitted they did own them and that this unit was under manufacturers warranty, and I would have to talk to the manufacture. The lack of help was blamed on prior management. The manufacturer tells me they will only cover parts and I'm responsible for the service call and all labor. Just a warning. D9 not buy any pool heaters or equipment from Leslie's pool.
