This place is horrible. My husband and I walked in excited to know they sell new mattresses and box spring sets for $129. When we get in, we start looking around and find the set we want. Then the manager comes and we let him know we will take the set. He says okay and tells us to write our name on the plastic covering so I can ensure I get the one I want. He mentioned in the past people have complained they did not receive the set they wanted. That should have raised a red flag there. We bought the set and he said he would deliver on Monday. Monday comes and we get a call at 12pm stating they are on the way and will be here in 30 minutes. I am in Euless btw. At 2pm I call to see where my set is and he states the driver forgot to deliver it and it will be another 45 minutes. Finally the man arrives (and can hardly speak English btw) at 3pm. Not only was he late, he delivered the wrong one!! He then proceeded to say the one he brought is better quality then the one I purchased. He also mentioned their policy of No Returns. This store rips-off customers' money by selling low-cost furniture at unreasonably higher prices. The store only accepts cash and has no refund or return policy, which is not fit for American customers and locality. Hence, the store does not suit the American transparent businesses. Whenever a customer has issues, the manager is habituated to blame the customers. I had no idea of exact measurement the mattress I need but the staff in the store told me that all full-sized or queen bed-measurement are universal. I bought a mattress and box spring and got it delivered in 30-40 minutes even though I was told that it will be delivered to my house in an hour. After the delivery guys left, I checked them to see if they will fit into my bed. But the queen-sized mattress was bigger for my bed and full-sized mattress seemed smaller. The wraps of the mattress and box were worn out and did not match with the one I had chosen. Moreover, they did not fit my bed and I called the store about the need to return. When I called to inform the the manager about not-fitting mattress, he did not speak with respect and was rude to me instead of trying to help me make the use of my money. He said I could get an exchange for extra money. As I had no other option, the next day, I took the mattress and box spring back and tried to get and exchange for the price of $220 I had paid earlier that day. I told the owner to take the mattress back and keep my $20 or $40 with give me only the remaining balance, he was not willing to do so. I did not like to buy any other mattress because I wanted to use American store. I returned with a night stand costing only $40 and nothing else. What a scam, fraud, a cheat and shameless owner? We Americans need to get his store shut down from the American soil and sent him back. read more

If i could give zero stars i would. Y'all about unprofessionlism! I spoke with the manager (supposedly) who is also the person that took my payment for my order. I specifically told dude i had somewhere to be by 3pm and i couldn't do the 3-5 delivery! Because he wanted the sale soooo bad he stated he will squeeze me in he gave me 10-1. He said the store doesn't open until 10 so really give 11-1 give or take 1:30 i said ok but if you're not certain the delivery will make it then i can cancel this. He said it would be. Comes Saturday at 1:30 nothing i call him he gives me the runaround and calls his driver to call me which he said it would be 330 before he could come. Livid and all i called the store all evening and could never get back through. I called today for the "manager" to not know what I'm talking about and then tells me 1-3 isn't a big difference!! He said he will call me back i told him his drivers aren't the problem he is the issue they had nothing to do with his mess up! He was money hungry and greedy and the least he could've done was tried to make it right by refunding my delivery fee considering it was missed by a whole 2 hours.I missed a function because i had someone unprofessional that only cared about money! I will make sure i tell everyone to how poorly i was treated and to go elsewhere for anything needed!!! It's a rip off and he scammed me out a delivery that he knew wasn't going to make it on time!!!
