It was a lot cheaper than installation through the swing set company and was scheduled for only a couple weeks out! Our installer Thiago was also awesome. He texted to confirm the night before, showed up on time, and built us a sturdy swing set that our kids love! He had it all done in a day! He was very knowledgeable about the type of swing set and seemed to have a lot of experience. Everyone was very responsive and professional. However, the assembly service was…read morevery expensive and couldn't come until two weeks after the swing set had been delivered, even though they had more than 6 weeks lead time. So I went online again and found Stan. He got back to me within minutes of my first email and gave me an installation time of five days out at and at a much more reasonable price, even. The two installers texted me the night before to confirm, showed up on time the next morning, and worked straight through until the swing set was perfectly set up and staked securely into the ground. That baby isn't going anywhere soon. I can't recommend Stan and his installers enough!

If you do not want to do it yourself, I can tell you this installer really knew his stuff!!! We are very happy with everything. This is common in our area right now, so we agreed and decided to start the process. We scheduled an appt and in mid-May Aaron Jenkins came to our property to take measurements. The meeting seemed to go well, the measurements were taken, and Aaron advised he would follow up with us within a week or two tops with a quote/plan. We did not hear from Aaron again. We waited and waited. Finally we contacted the main office for an update. They were shocked that Aaron left us hanging, and advised they would have him call us back ASAP. Well, he didn't. So we had to follow up AGAIN. Today, June 15th, we have received our bid. Aaron absolutely over priced the job with no price break downs. He lists the materials and the amount of material needed with a total price. He does not list the cost of these materials. $22,900+!!!!! IS ABSOLUTELY outrageous! I know previous reviews state that you get what you pay for but no honey, just no. This is completely inappropriate and I feel like you completely inflated the bill just because you didn't want to do YOUR job and provide us a quote. We will DEFINITELY be taking our business elsewhere. I am so disappointed we have waisted so much time on you.

Lots of cool wooden…read morethings. Walpole Woodworkers is a home and garden type of place that has an incredible selection of mundane but also unusual and unique items. Of course a lot of the stuff is wood, like fences, cool light posts and mail box poles, huge and elaborate play sets for kids, nice sheds, gazebos and pavilions, tables, chairs and stools and my favorite, little wooden bridges. I've always wanted a bridge in my back yard, just wish I had a stream or river to put it over. Walpole also has some very cool and creative gates, arbors, cupolas and lattice thingies. If you actually make it inside the store you will see gigantic and very impressive looking bird houses. These aren't just little boxes nailed to a pole but a seemingly endless variety of shapes and sizes for everything from humming birds to pterodactyls. Lots of bird baths so the avians in the houses can stay clean and cool spheres, thermometers, wind chimes, garden critters and great looking weather vanes. Even high quality basketball hoops and backboards. All kinds of things that you probably never thought of but once you see will desperately desire. Some of the stuff you can take home in your pocket, other things you need a huge truck to move. I love going here just to look around, I seem to find new things every time. Sure, a lot of the stuff is basically useless and unnecessary and this isn't Wal-Mart, the prices aren't cheap. But if you are looking for a bird house that probably has more room than most people's homes, an baroque and ornate moon gate, a fat little Hotai Buddha, a lighthouse weathervane or a cool but totally useless and frivolous little bridge, this is the place.
