So I went online again and found Stan. He got back to me within minutes of my first email and gave me an installation time of five days out at and at a much more reasonable price, even. The two installers texted me the night before to confirm, showed up on time the next morning, and worked straight through until the swing set was perfectly set up and staked securely into the ground. That baby isn't going anywhere soon. I can't recommend Stan and his installers enough!

Poor customer service, and bad installation of swingset…read more Installer did not have all the parts with him. He told us he'd be back to finish the job. He did not return. After numerous calls and emails, the company managed to send the guy back out. Apparently, he added some of the missing parts. But not all, and the swingset is still not complete. So, I am pleading with the company to finish the installation (6 months later!), but multiple emails and phone calls have resulted in only two returned emails, neither of which provides an ETA. The women who answers the phone (same one; is there only one cusutomer service rep?), says the person in charge is dealing with 64 other problems across the country. Maybe they need to hire more people? I don't know. I just know I've got a swingset in the backyard that isn't safe for my children to play on. They're not happy. I'm not happy. And now I'm wasting more time telling my story to yelp.

The Saturday we went, she was easily juggling four different families, and all left with an order in hand and smiles on their faces.
