If you are thinking of "saving the money" and doing it yourself DON'T!! Our neighbors are going on three weeks of a partially completed set and ours was done in the rain in 90minutes. They were the same price as Gorilla and lower than the manufacturer's charge for setting it up at other companies. We saved over $700 by buying through Home Depot and using New England Playsets (which was recommended by Gorilla) to put it together. Since the shipping from one company to another (Home Depot to Estes Commercial shipping and then to the Estes Retail hub to arrange the free delivery curbside) is tricky to say the least since no one commits to any date, New England playsets was very flexible and changed our date last minute when we found out it was going to be 5 days earlier than originally stated. $100 deposit was non refundable but like I said they are VERY flexible and so long as you know you ARE getting a playset for them to set up, they are worth booking. They are also licensed & insured and give you great tips on preserving your playset and cool ideas of making use of blank spaces on the playsets! It's what they do! read more

I HIGHLY recommend stan and his company . He is so professional and very accommodating. We ordered the savannah 2 from Bj's and were told it would be delivered within 2 -3 weeks . I made an appointment with stan and then had to cancel ( push the installation back ) because the playscape didn't arrive . Stan was so nice and totally understanding about the delay . We rescheduled based on what bj's told me and AGAIN bj's didn't get us the playscape. Once again stan was so understanding and changed our date . I need to add he fit us in right after the playscape arrived. The day came for installation and it was pouring!!! Carl and Doris still came and worked for hours in the rain! They could have canceled but didn't want us to have to wait for a couple weeks because they were booked. We are so thankful for stan and his team . We submitted our inquiry for a quote Tuesday evening, and Stan responded within minutes. We were satisfied with the quoted price, and booked our installation for 2 days later. I couldn't believe we were able to book a date so soon, as many other companies were booking over a month out. We received detailed information on how to prepare the site for installation, which was very helpful. One of the crew members texted me the night before installation to confirm start time, and was here the next day at the agreed upon time, which was 7:30am. Both men worked diligently from start to finish. The installation took about 8.5 hours total, but they were finished with enough time left in the day for our daughter to be able to play on the set. My experience with NE Playset Assembly was perfect. We purchased a Gorilla SwingSet and reached out to NEPA for the install. Stan and team were able to accommodate our schedule right away. When we had to reschedule multiple times because of shipping delays, NEPA was flexible on rescheduling and super understanding of the situation. True professionals!! I contacted New England playset late one night after attempts to hire someone to assemble IKEA furniture using Task Rabbit failed. It was Labor Weekend and help was hard to find in Cambridge.In less than an hour, late on a Saturday night, Stan responded and said he could help. Early the next morning, on Sunday, Kendra called and we arranged for she and an associate to assemble the furniture at 8:00 A.M. the following Saturday on Labor Day weekend. Very professional, get customer services and they did a great job with the assembly. We had to reschedule once due to us not receiving the playset on time, but they accommodated and rescheduled within a few days. I had a Gorilla Outdoor III installed for my grandchildren, in Salem, NH. On June 9th. I cannot say enough on what a Great Job they did.
