Once we officially made the decision to build a pool in our backyard, the real work began! The biggest and most important question was "Who could we trust to take on such a large and expensive project?" We had never had a pool installed, and we had heard horror stories from neighbors and friends of their personal pool installation experiences, some of which were still partially completed after 3 years. After interviewing a couple of companies, narrowing down the selection, and then speaking with their past clients, we decided to move forward with Creative PoolScape. From the day that we signed the contract to just under two months later, our dream of a tropical oasis in our backyard was complete. You read that correctly - it took seven weeks for them to complete our pool!! Talk about record time. We even encountered a week or two of endless rain and they still were able to move quickly and meet their estimated timeline. The communication and support we received from each person on the team was EXCELLENT! Chris Horton, the owner, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He took our vision and created 3D renderings, bringing the project to life. The Project Manager, Steven Ginn, was our daily go-to contact. He answered our endless list of questions with thorough explanations and created clear timelines regarding next steps. His communication was top notch - days, evenings, and even weekends. He was ALWAYS available to assist. When the project was nearly completed, we had the unfortunate luck of a monsoon- type storm that resulted in a muddy, cloudy pool. Steven and team raced to action as soon as we notified them, as they didn't want the new pool to suffer any damage. They resolved the issue very quickly and took measures to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. They reacted as if it was their pool being muddied, not just "some customer." Our pool contractor ghosted us after getting the majority of our money and left us with a job less than half completed.
