5/5 stars doesn't even seem like enough! I contacted the business to get a quote on a nose piercing for my best friend and I. Viv reached out very quickly and gave me a quote which fit my budget and accommodated the time we needed. Upon arrival she was super friendly and sweet, and made us both feel very comfortable. We signed our waivers and then went to pick out our jewelry. There are some pieces that are included in the price but they do have some more luxurious jewels if you want to upgrade. Which I did, I switch mine out to a white gold stud and it's stunning! The actual piercing process was quick and easy! She allowed us both in the room, and I saw her sterilize and clean between us which was very through. Viv was a great coach at calming our nerves and the piercing it self was almost painless! It's safe to say we're both completely obsessed with the results !! The rest of the shop was pretty busy with people getting tattoos, and honestly I think I'll get my first one done there! read more

my favorite piercing and tattoo shop !! the owners are husband who does tattoos and wife who does piercings and permanent makeup. their work is nothing like I have ever seen before. I already have a bunch of piercings and the owner Vivian went out of her way to special order me gold earrings I was looking for and gave me great suggestions for my next piercing. I was also looking to get a tattoo of mine covered up for 10 years but couldn't find an artist to do it. as soon as I showed the owner James my tattoo and shared some ideas his face lit up and he was more excited to do the tattoo than I was ! such a great feeling. you would never be able to tell my tattoo is a cover up and I get compliments on the colors and my ear piercings everyday. always such a great vibe every time I'm in the shop definitely check them out for your next piercing or tattoo read more

My husband got a cover up piece done here the other day. Every other tattoo shop that we went to for consultations on his cover up ether told us it couldn't be done or that we had to get something other then what my husband wanted. I reached out to Vivian at creative souls and she was filled with enthusiasm and hope that James the tattoo artist would be able to accomplish this cover up and make my husbands arm look great as well. Well let me tell you. They were 1000000000% correct, creative souls is not only an amazing environment to be in but the skills and talent this tattoo artist had were beyond expectations. My bestfriends tattoo shop, the best in Miami. I love the fact that they truly care about the art work. Most tattoo shops are just quick to copy whatever image you show them. I like the fact that you can just give them your idea and from there they will make your tattoo look unique. A tattoo artist should be able to draw and you'd be surprised how many are out there that can't do that! I don't typically write reviews but I have to say that I love this place and the people here. It feels like home when you come here. Super down to earth and they love what they do. The tattoo work is A1, just give them your idea and they will make it come to life! They care about the art for real. Great service! The owners are great and the place is clean. They do everything there and they even sell snacks in case you get hungry. The whole staff is very nice and everybody there treats you wonderful. I totally recommend and the best part is the work that they do is amazing. James cover up's are thee best it's hard to find a good tattoo artist that does amazing cover ups like him. All the artist there does amazing work. I have never experienced a tattoo shop like this. They have a video game room so your kids can play games while you get a tattoo. James the owner is very talented, Friendly, and respectful. I'm Definitely coming back again to finish my sleeve. They also have a piercing area my wife came to see Vivian and she was very nice and made her feel Comfortable. Came in for a simple hand in dog tattoo and the artist definitely took it to the next level with shading & recommendations. While I was there I saw them working a huge cleopatra tattoo that was like nothing I had ever seen before ! Super friendly, clean, customer friendly & easy to access with parking. I love this place and especially vivian she pierced my 6 month daughter ears and was so gentle with her my baby didnt even cry or get a fever after wards me and my husband loved her service and will return to pierce my newborns ears as well when she turns 6 months in march.
