It started with the consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted done. Then over to the sink, it moves!! Wash, shampoo, conditioner, and then a head massage, oh what a time! Then back to the chair to cut, she again went over what I asked and made sure I was happy with what I chose. She cut, dried, and styled it perfectly.
