Even before I left the salon that day I notice my ends were straight she even noticed it and she said it's just SOME pieces you can take a curling wond like this and it will be fine. So I left happy my hair looked with more volume it was still pretty wet, as it got more dry the more straight it it looked my mom lifted hair in the back and chunks of hair were frizzy but pin straight. I wake up the next day and now more then half my hair is straight I call her I go in and she flat irons my hair, which I thought was weird because my hair looked so dried out dead lifeless but she flat irons it and tells me see your hair looks healthy it wasn't my products or anything I did mind you my hair didn't look healthy so I tell her what she is going to do to fix it she would give me a straight answer I told her I was beyond unhappy and she goes on blaming my hair that I don't know how to style that I can't expect to wake up like the pictures. And of course I didn't expect that I knew I had to do some work but this wasn't the problem the problem was that more then half my hair was straight I kept interrupting her because she was giving bs excuses instead of owning up that she messed up so she begins to YELL at me yes o said YELL full blown YELLING at me a pay customer. I naturally got upset but even being upset I didn't say anything back to her while she continued YELLING at me. Then she goes still YELLING I will not have anyone bad mouth my salon! And you see if she would have owned up to her mistake gave me a solid plan to fix it I wouldn't have said anything, but no she blamed my hair that I didn't know how to style it that this that everything but I never heard a I'm sorry you are so un satisfied. And on top she yelled at me! So I asked for my refund and as I'm walking out she's still yelling I can hear her from the parking lot. Then she calls my sister the one who recommended me to her and goes to say I wasn't paying attention when she was explaing that I kept interrupting her and a bunch of other bs, but not once did she mention her yelling or why she thought it was okay to yell at a customer who didn't come to her in any disrespectful way. I was upset my hair looked like shit because I didn't pay $140 for my hair to look like I braided it and let the braids out the next day and then put my hair in fire! She messed up and till this day I haven't gotten a apology! And after that day I went home waited the 48 hours to wash my hair because she made me think maybe it was my hair so I washed it after the 48 hours and did exactly what she told me and I even watched hair tutorials and guess what after the 48 hours now my hair was straight from root to about 2 inches down then curly for about 4 inches then pin straight for the rest of my hair which is about another 7 inches so there was only 4 inches of curl on my hair that is boob length! Connie is beyond unperfessional she doesn't know what she's doing and if you are unhappy with your results she resorts to blaming you and your hair and not herself do not recommend this place to NO ONE!!!

I recently took my daughter for a manicure and pedicure. Although she is under 12, she is taller and looks a little older for her age. When it was time to pay, the owner tried charging me the adult price instead of the children's price that was clearly listed on the sign for children 12 and younger. What bothered me most was the way it was handled. The owner actually told me my daughter "didn't look under 12" and implied that I was lying about her age just to get the lower price. I had to point out their own posted sign before she reluctantly adjusted the price. To make matters worse, when I returned about three weeks later, I noticed the sign had suddenly been changed from "children 12 and younger" to "children 10 and younger." The whole situation felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially in front of my daughter. Because of this experience, I will no longer be getting my nails done here.

Let me start off by saying, Din is amazing and you absolutely need to see her for any permanent…read moremakeup procedures. I had gotten my eyebrows microbladed ~4-5 years ago elsewhere, and while I was happy with what I had gotten at the time, after seeing Din, I appreciate how much more care she takes in what she does, and the level of customer service she provides. Getting permanent makeup done, especially your brows, is a BIG procedure, and actually, a bit of an emotional one! And thankfully, Din is there every step of the way. I started the process by booking my consultation with her, which we did via Zoom due to COVID. Although I was fairly familiar with the process, she still took the time to explain everything so I was prepared for the procedure, and to allow me to tell her what I personally wanted. From there, we booked my first session! I got a combo brow, and Din took into account the shape of my face and what I told her I liked. The procedure itself was not bad at all; Din numbed me (and continued to do so throughout the procedure). While it is a very similar feeling to getting a tattoo, Din has such a light hand and made sure I was OK throughout the entire procedure so I never felt any pain - moreso I felt the vibrations from the machine and the eventual soreness that comes with getting a tattoo procedure (if you've sat for a tattoo, you know this feeling). (Also, as we got this done during COVID, I must say - Din's office is *spotless* and she took every precaution to ensure that we were safe, and of course, that everything was sanitized for the procedure itself.) Afterwards, she walked me through what I needed to do through the healing process and what to expect - the itchiness, the peeling and how dark and light it would be at different stages (she also provides a cute info sheet!). You can see how my healing went in one of the pictures attached. What's great is that Din also includes a touch-up with the fee you pay, which is amazing and really speaks to how much Din cares about the final result. All in all, Din gave me back my confidence, and saved me a lot of time trying to fill my brows every day!
