I had an extremely disappointing experience with this print shop. Instead of receiving the services I requested, all of my documents were allegedly shredded, causing me substantial inconvenience, frustration, and loss of time. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was unacceptable. Important documents that I entrusted to this business were destroyed without my authorization or any reasonable opportunity to correct the situation. Additionally, I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly during my interactions with this business. Based on my experience, I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how customers are treated. I would not recommend this business to anyone who needs reliable document handling, professional customer service, or respect as a customer.
