Having to repeatedly call, wait, and still not get an answer is incredibly frustrating. I understand pharmacies can get busy and delays sometimes happen, but when the same problems keep happening over and over, something needs to change. This location seriously needs to improve its pharmacy staffing, communication, and prescription turnaround times.
