Been coming to this pharmacy for 16 years, and they have become very incompetent. They gave me the wrong prescription a few weeks ago, they delete my prescriptions, they order the wrong medication per my prescription, it goes on. There is a lady there that thinks she is a doctor and will refuse to fill prescriptions that are legitimately prescribed. They just screwed up two of my prescriptions again today. This is the last time, I'm switching pharmacies, tired of this crap. read more

I usually have a positive experience at this location. Of all Walgreens, I have the least issues here. I use their Photo Center and am satisfied with their service. For some reason, at other Walgreens locations, they have printing errors and the photos come out lighter than intended. There's a female employee (I didn't catch her name) that is the friendliest staff member I have encountered at this location. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to assist! read more

The service at this location has been extremely disappointing. I dropped off a prescription on a Monday and even received a confirmation text. This prescription is for a device that monitors insulin for my cat. A week later, when I called to check on the status, they told me they had no record of it. Only after I insisted that I had dropped it off in person did they manage to locate it, and then informed me that the directions on the prescription were incorrect and they couldn't proceed. No one had bothered to contact me to resolve this issue. I had the prescription resent the next day and called again to confirm everything was in order since I urgently need this device. The person I spoke to was unhelpful, dismissive, and repeatedly put me on hold instead of looking up the information. After 10 minutes, she simply told me to have my vet's office call them because they would not proceed with my order. My vet's office did call, only to be treated rudely as well. The staff at this location even suggested I should get my prescription filled elsewhere because it was "too much for them to deal with". read more

The customer service is excellent. The supplies are good to find. The value is great one you buy something twice etc. when I was surging to find what needed a particular item a charger the you can flip from bottom plug for a phone adaptor to an I iPhone but they did not have it. I was asking how long with in a week or even 2 weeks it always the case in CVS, Rite Aude and here Walgreens. I highly recommend this place and it's 24 hours. I placed a photo order with Walgreens specifically for same-day pickup. This commitment was clearly stated and was the sole reason I chose this service. I received an email stating that my order was delayed, but the message did not say that the order would not be completed the same day. That omission is critical. I then called the store to confirm the status. I first clarified which order we were discussing and whether it was ready. Only after that did I receive a different explanation: they had run out of ink and would need to bring supplies from another store, meaning the order would be completed the next day. This information was never communicated clearly in advance. Selling a same-day service while lacking the ability or resources to fulfill it, and only disclosing that after direct questioning, is unacceptable. As a result, Walgreens lost an order consisting of three large photo prints, valued at around $200. Treating both the same-day commitment and that level of revenue as expendable reflects a poor service process and a flawed business model. I would not rely on Walgreens' photo service for any time-sensitive order. read more

Went to get flu shot. Nobody knew what they were doing. Got passed from one employee to another. Told to wait for this wait for that. Did all the paperwork. Provided proof of insurance. Jumped through all the hoops. After more than forty-five minutes they claimed they couldn't verify the insurance even though my insurance is a well-known provider that I have used many times at various pharmacies. This Walgreens pharmacy was a real Keystone Cops, Who's on Third freak show. Don't was your time on this place. No wonder they are rated so poorly. read more

For the pharmacy only. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and frankly I don't know why. They still treat me like a stranger. Long waits. Constantly out of my prescriptions, and if anything goes wrong - like the one time in 6 years I needed an emergency refill they were ZERO help. Threw up their hands. Didn't offer to lookup the GoodRX price (even though IT WAS ALREADY ON MY ACCOUNT) or contact my insurance (I couldn't get ahold of them). My meds are critical and their service is appalling. Any time I'm due for a refill they are calling me non stop but when I need something they take ANY chance to say no. Shame on Walgreens for allowing this type of customer service. I get they are busy but you're messing with people's lives. Management should be embarrassed. read more

Honestly, major shout out to this location! I decided to come in on a coupon frenzy to be the next crazy coupon lady and the staff was unbelievably patient and helpful! It's so rare to get that kind of kindness these days, it really was appreciated for my first time trying to figure out these coupons and savings! I saved so much money and they even suggested a few tips for my next visit. They had a lot of products I needed for my discounts so the stock was great! Can't wait for my next haul! read more

Especially Kristine the lack of customer service she has is unbelievable, she has zero compassion for the sick, never wants to go a step further to help my mother has had issues with her in the past now I witnessed it firsthand telling me my mother had no coverage surprised at that I said oh really we were just there last week I asked her if there was anything we could do to get the medication because she really needs it. She was diagnosed with shingles and that's very painful and with her annoyed face just said no you have to call the insurance. I did call the insurance and spoke to the representative and said they should be calling and she did have coverage. Long story short I had to go to Arleta California, since by this time it was close to 8 PM from being there at 6:30 trying to get someone to help me and they were very helpful in calling my mother's insurance and getting everything situated. I have been in here so many times and am surprised I never reviewed. This store is very clean and always appears stocked when I come in. They have a great selection of greeting cards so this is usually my go-to spot for them. Even my boyfriend has remarked how great of a selection they have of card. The people that work here are always very nice and helpful. They usually have more than one cashier working so even if there is a little line it quickly dissolves. The parking is terrible since they are located in the same lot as Trader Joe's and it's always packed. Usually if I wait around in an aisle someone comes out and a space opens. I stopped by Walgreens last week to pick up a few snacks and disinfectant wipes before heading out to the park. The multi-purpose alcohol wipes worked as a great alternative to Wet Wipes that is use before eating snacks and for wiping the interior of my car at the end of the day. The wipes are 75% alcohol which is pretty decent. I'll be back to purchase more. Oh. And my new favorite snack ever was discovered here. The Harvest Snaps lentil tomato basil crisps...I finished the whole bag in one day. No regrets. The place mandates social distancing, masks, provides sanitizer and all the other necessary protocols for this time. It also helps that this store in this location is always clean and organized. Walgreens Burbank... I went to pickup my curbside turn store delivery order placed last week because they sent me email. I followed instructions. There weren't any employees at the photo counter. I picked up my phone called the store. The manager sent an employee over to me almost immediately. The employee couldn't find my order. Ask questions. Look there. Check this. Bring me the wrong package. Check twice. Look at my ID. Go back and look again. She returned with two packages. She wouldn't let me check the order. She wouldn't open my package. She told me, "I would get Covid... So take your keys and open the boxes or better take your boxes and go. Also, your address is on the boxes. You can't leave the boxes behind. They belong to you". Rudest customer service ever. I have pandemic anxiety problems now. Also, my Boost protein shakes fell out of the packaging. They were rolling around in the box. Terrible packing for a store delivery to customer. I reported all this on a Walgreen Survey to corporate headquarters. read more

Having used them for five years, I finally had had enough. The double talk over the phone, the straight out lying right to your face when you show them proof that the prescription had been submitted to them, never having prescriptions ready on time -- some of the employees are so obtuse you can't even believe they have been educated to work in a pharmacy. I went here and interacted with 2 helpful staff - Olivia and ( i hope i got it right ... ) ...Judy? She told me she had just got a puppy a 2 week old Mastiff st bernard mix whos eating everything and she was so KIND and HELPFUL and helped me unlock a locked product item and was so fun and easy to talk too - she had the most magical jewelery and her makeup was so amazing and she just was so present and happy to be there and to be able to help me when she was off doing something else and i intercepted her. Im sad the product i ordered an AMAZING PONDS item is discontinued I GOT THE LAST 2 according to judy but if they return so will i :D Ill probably come again anyways ! This walgreens is the nicest i drive across town to come here because it has nicest energy and vibe and i feel safe and have fun shopping here! some of the other ones in noho and studio city have sometimes low vibe people and they. have to lock the doors like to keep em out and the energy is not the best .... but THIS Walgreens is like a cloud in the sky! I came with my puppy and we so much fun! Olivia the checkout girl was not only SO NICE. to the girl in line in front of me but she met me the same way with kindness and a present energy and I just felt like she was happy to be there as well and she was equally as vibrant and wonderful as Judy! The customer behind me was also smiling I just had a wonderful time getting what i needed and getting on my way! I really Appreciate the kind wonderful people like Judy and Oivia who make me want to come shop in store and have a fun shopping experience that isnt soley online - I love looking at all the fun stuff they have in the halloween section as well its the best! This shop is my fave Walgreens thank you guys!!! The pharmacist here is incredibly rude and lacks patient etiquette. She's nasty, vile, and so miserable it oozes from her face. I witnessed her be absolutely despicable to every single person she interacted with while I was there -- the patients, the physicians over the phone, the pharmacy techs. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone that has to put up with her for extended periods of time because she is absolutely insufferable. So rude, classless, and lacks any and all basic social skills. You hate people and you work in a retail store? Odd. Someone with such a horrible attitude should NOT be working in healthcare whatsoever. I've been going to Walgreens for years and use them to fill my prescriptions. I have a chronic illness and got a prescription written out an hour before I went to drop it off (legitimate, dated etc) I had ID, insurance card, my name was in the system etc The pharmacy tech profiled me and lied and said the medication "wasn't in stock" My doctor called shortly after to confirm they were lying. I am not sure how the pharmacist Gayane has been able to keep her job. She is the definition of rudeness and ignorance. We had to make multiple phone calls to clarify an issue with our prescription. We even had our physician call her and speak to her directly and she still refused to fix the problem. I feel sorry for Walgreens for still letting her work in their company. I will NEVER ever come back to this Walgreens. The staff at the Walgreens on glenoaks only couple of miles away from this location are extremely polite and courteous. I will be calling the headquarters to complain about Gayane. She needs to learn how to treat patients. You have absolutely no right to behave the way you do with patients. I witnessed how you talked to the customers before me. One person had a hard time speaking English and Gayane was anything but considerate. I recently started to use Walgreens instead of CVS which is unfortunately closer to my house but CVS has really gone downhill. Both my physician and I had it with CVS and when they lost my prescription card I was done. Walgreens employees are much more pleasant and try so much harder than CVS. I'm writing this review to acknowledge the great customer service that I received from Shift Leader, Max. There was a problem with an image that I had uploaded from home, when I had arrived at this store to retrieve this image, Max was working with it, I told him that this was the image I was there to pickup and asked him what was wrong with it? He asked me a few questions about the uploading process and then he asked if this photo was available on my phone and I told him that it was. He took my phone over to one of the public computers that they have available in the photo department. After trying a couple of different ways to upload this image into their system, Max went over to the store photo printer and got it to print-out the right way. Within twenty minutes Max had corrected, printed, cropped and mounted this image and I was very happy with the results. This Walgreens location is very fortunate to have an employee such as Max, that is so fully dedicated to customer satisfaction. read more

Basically Walgreens have said tough. I'm a cancer patient with multiple tumors. My doctor says I must isolate that I do not have an immune system. I have all my meds through Walgreens but Walgreens could not be troubled to send out my prescriptions when they said they would. They see that I spoke to them, they see that they were suppose to send them but they didn't send them and they literally said they do not care. I just don't get the pills that keep me alive. They don't do what they promise they will do and when they fail they say that's just my problem. I don't get the pills I need today until tomorrow. I will go through a very bad night! Meant to post the following after my first visit: Melissa, Alex, and Adrian's professional and kind demeanor is the reason why I recommend and will come back to this Walgreens location. Another Walgreens refused to see me for an appointment because I was more than 15 minutes late (not a corporate policy from what I have seen). Despite communication and timing issues, Melissa, Alex, and Adrian saw me and helped make an already difficult day a bit manageable. From my more recent visits, it seems Shelton is always the one to help me. He is always super friendly and kind. Overall great service at this location and hence I keep returning!!! read more

This is the absolute worst. I made an appointment to see the pharmacy at 2:00 pm. Received an email confirmation. When I arrived early as they suggested, they were OUT TO LUNCH. Such an unprofessional and unreliable operation, especially for a pharmacy.
