I was grieving at that time and didn't have the energy to fight with him. After that year, I took my business elsewhere because he cannot be trusted.

I was assured that everything was fine and then i received a new letter from the DMV stating my policy was being cancelled again for nonpayment. Company won't refund me and hasn't really been any help. Find someone else if this is important for you to operate your business. I'm to the point of contacting my attorney for breach of contract at this point.
