However, the owner follows his own standards for wheel alignment, and not the Provincial standards. He claims to have special skills that few other mechanics have. Our vehicle was serviced before leaving Winnipeg with no problems. Keith and Herb said our alignment didn't meet standard. They left us with only two options: Fail the inspection, leaving us with no vehicle for a month, and to pay ~$175 to try again somewhere else; or pay them $200 to do the alignment that no one else does (or requires). A TOTAL SCAM! AVOID FOR ALL SGI INSPECTIONS.

This was not one employee making a mistake -- the breakdown happened at multiple levels, repeatedly. I emailed both Josh Ens (Owner) and Darin McLeod (General Manager) outlining my experience in detail. As of May 26, 2026, neither has had the professionalism or courtesy to respond. That kind of silence might be disappointing from any dealership, but from a luxury brand like Lexus, it's embarrassing. After wasting my time with Ens, I contacted another Lexus dealership. Within two hours -- entirely through email -- the deal was done. Financing was approved, and they located the exact vehicle configuration I wanted. Ironically, Ens claimed that vehicle "didn't exist" in the colour and trim I requested. The other dealership found it immediately. The experience with Ens was a masterclass in poor communication and disorganization. I initially contacted them with straightforward questions about differences between Lexus models. The salesperson either failed to answer the actual question or simply stopped responding altogether. To save unnecessary trips to the dealership, I completed their online 20-minute pre-approval application. Later, I received an email asking how I preferred to be contacted. I replied: "Email." The response I received was: "Thanks for the infor how can I help you?" Clearly, the employee had no idea why they were contacting me or that I had even completed a pre-approval application -- despite their name being attached to the original email. After that, they completely ghosted me. If you value professionalism, communication, or even basic customer service, avoid Ens entirely. There are other Lexus and Toyota dealerships that actually understand how to treat potential customers.

I thought that I had a problem with the breaker on our 10kw Onan generator, or with the transfer switch, so I scheduled service with Central Repair. I arrived late to my appointment due to my own confusion. However, I was quickly checked in and my RV driven into a service bay. After a short wait, the technician -- Corden, Corbin? -- came to the customer lounge to tell us that all was improper working order. He went on to say that it takes as long as 90 seconds for the RV to recognize and switch to the power coming from the generator and is not instantaneous as I thought -- more operator error. We profusely thanked him and Zac, who had checked us in, and asked what the diagnostic fee was. It was zero and, after a brief protest on our part, it remained zero. So, we left much wiser, no poorer, and ecstatic to have found such a wonderful business operated by such wonderful people.

Soooo.... The good. What they did they did well and when…read morethey said they would. The bad. Took bike in for spring service, mod and dyno. $600 over quote. Now I know that when you open things up that a quote is just an estimate that one problem leads to another and that costs can go up. I have no problem paying for work; in fact I took my bike there knowing that the costs could rise if they found a problem. BUT when all have is a basic thing done how the price goes up by $600 double the quote. How can you misquote an oil change by a few hundred dollars? NO extra work, no extra parts, just your oil change cost more because?? Just because. You think I beat this kid up in high school or something and this was his petty revenge or maybe he just picks his prices out of his as". My advice stay away from these amateurs, there are better places to take your ride.
