Lackluster service. Came here twice and both times the young girls barely acknowledged me and looked like they could care less. One of them had a headset on and was talking to someone else while also taking my order. Didn't call out my name or order when it was placed on the counter so I didn't realize it was mine until I went up and checked. $10 for a mediocre smoothie is pretty pricey. No prices on their menu so you have to ask or order blindly. Coffee is okay. We had the cold brew and regular hot coffee. 1st no prices in the board. Cold brew was $6!!! cup of coffee $4. The coffee was bitter and dry? Add lots of cream. I visited Creed Coffee twice while I was in Vancouver, WA. Overall, it was a good experience. The first day I ordered a nitro cold brew and breakfast sandwich. The nitro was decent, but the breakfast sandwich exceeded my expectations. The second day I ordered a Cold Brew smoothie, which I wasn't a fan of, but that was due to personal taste preferences. I also got a coffee cake that was good too. I was most surprised by the prices at Creed. There aren't prices on the menu so I assumed it would be pricier, but my totals were $12-15 with tip, which is lower than most other places. The ambiance at Creed is great and if I lived in Vancouver, I would definitely grab my laptop and work from the coffee shop for a few hours. My wife order a London Fog. It stole the show on our visit today. They are brewing up Smith Tea (good start), and didn't go cheap on the vanilla. It truly was very tasty. I opted for cold brew, as always. For me, the cold brew wasn't as enjoyable as other local shops. It was very bitter, which is not what I'm looking for in a cold brew. We tried their honey oat latte, and it did not taste well made. We went up to ask for a remake or for another drink and they made us pay a second time. The barista said if you ordered a honey oat latte, what did you expect it to taste like. I like this coffee shop but the service was quite disappointing. I'm not sure if they don't offer 100% guarantee or if the barista just didn't want to honor the guarantee to us for no reason. I hope the employees get better customer service training. read more

Had a horrible experience here today. I went through the drive thru and realized my latte was room temperature, thought I could deal and took another sip. Nope, I paid 6 bucks for this coffee and brought it back explaining that I'd like it hotter please. The girl rolled her eyes and was snickering at me. She proceeds to give me a less than half filled latte back. I ask for a full latte, confused.. She refuses saying that is how much was in the cup I gave her. After 2 sips? I asked for a refund from another barista (older, perhaps a manager, who never apologized), all the while this girl is laughing in my face! A must if you're in the Vancouver area! I first discovered it a few months ago because it's close to my nail salon. I'm obsessed with their nitro cold brew! So good, I add a little coconut milk to mine and top it off with some cinnamon. But if i'm honest, the employees are the main reason why I love this coffee shop.
