Our family have been with Dr. Dang for more than a decade. Always a pleasurable experience with them. We all visit them twice or four times a year, depending on our dental needs. Sarah, the receptionist is very friendly and warm along with all the staffs and Dr. Dang himself. Can't say enough good things about this place, was there for the 2nd time yesterday, and had a diabetic low while in the office, the assistant ran to Safeway to get orange juice, for that alone I'll never go anywhere else, they kept asking if I was ok! Going to the dentist is one of my greatest fears and I've thought about going to see a dentist that can put you under some anesthesia for dental work. I have finally found a dentist who was made to be a dentist. I've had to undergo some serious treatment and not once has the experience been painful at all. Dr. Dang and his associates are highly recommended by me. And being a nurse I am not the easiest to please I'm critical about almost everything. I was having tooth pain and I needed a dentist really bad. I didn't know who to trust because I was not from the area. I gave Creek Bridge a try because I saw that Dr. Viet Dang was the dentist there. I check his history and he graduated from Berkeley and went to UCSF which is a top dental school in the U.S. I have to say this is my first time having dental cleaning where I hardly felt any pain. He also found the reason for my tooth pain and handle it with care. I wish I have a dentist like that where I live. This is probably one of the best dental experiences I have had in my life. It is really the first time in my own with my own insurance and Creek Bridge Dental made everything a really smooth process. I needed a cleaning and a overall exam on my first visit and everyone was very kind. I'm not very comfortable in dental offices, but I felt at ease when walking in there. From the front desk being very welcoming to the actual doctor and hygienist making sure I was ok during the whole process. Upon the end of my appointment I was informed my wisdom teeth needed removal. I kinda figured this was coming up because they were protruding out of my lower gums. Dr. Begino was the one to perform the procedure. I was extremely nervous but everyone reassured me that everything would be fine. During the whole process everyone made sure I was fine by asking me over and over again if I was ok. I was completely fine with that. Overall I have two appointments there while on my actual own insurance. I didn't really understand the whole process of insurance, but the lady at the front desk helped me through the whole process and explained everything in detail. I'm very appreciative of everyone at Creek Bridge Dental for having so much patience and helping my feel very comfortable during the procedures. I don't write many reviews, but when I have an amazing experience like I had here then I make sure do my part in letting them know they did a spectacular job. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone. Creek Bridge Dental is by far the best dental office i have ever been too in my adult life. I first heard of this office from a television commercial. I was in search of a new dentist and decided to give it a try after reading about Dr. Dang and on their website. All the staff are very nice and polite, from the receptionist to the dentist. They are always checking up on their patients through out the entire proceeder. One thing that i love about them is that they always explain what they are doing and prepare patients by telling them what they will feel in advance. Dr. Dang is not only an excellent dentist, but also truly cares about his patients oral health. He thought me how to properly brush and floss my teeth. Something I should have been taught more than 20 years ago. He also gave me great tips on how to prevent future cavities when i am not able to brush after a meal. Dr. Dang has also been very helpful with creating a personal treatment plan. I have had 6 procedures done within 5 months. I still have a long way to go, yet he has been very helpful and considerate of the fact that i do not have insurance. They offer a discount for their patients who dont have insurance. Who else does that!!?? Aside from the scheduled procedures, I had an emergency once and had to go for a walk in. Although i did not have an appointment, Dr. Dang made time to see me that day and came up with a treatment plan. Also, I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be called in. I do not recommend this office! I went here a month ago for a cleaning in an attempt to save money, and I had the worst experience of my life. First of all, the dental assistant was falling asleep while working on me and got a substantial amount of water on my face. Secondly, the doctor that saw me was VERY rude and condescending. Thirdly, the lady at the front desk said I was wrong when I told her about my insurance information which I ended up being right about. But she had an attitude with me when she called to tell me I was right. Overall, I did not have a good experience with this office and I do not plan on returning. I ended up returning to my regular dentist, who is someone my family has trusted for over 2 decades and will continue to trust until he eventually has to retire. I realize that each business strives to be the best, especially when it comes to customer reviews. But the hard truth is that I did not have a pleasant experience. Just goes to show that you can't please everyone. read more

It's unfortunate in today's time when so many people have turned to indifference or just plain rude behavior when interacting with others. It's even worse when those that work in the medical field employ the same attitude with patients. I get a fast food worker at the drive up window feeling pressure to make a time goal but not a doctor. Dental or Medical I want to feel like I'm heard and I'm not treated as if I was car #343 for the day passing through a drive up. This practice once impressed me. That's was before I had to have any real dental work. My health has changed dramatically over the last few years and as such my once perfect teeth need attention like other areas of my body. I was presented with a treatment plan that was way over my head with no discussion or actual "plan" of attack. Dr Tang looked like a judge and not a dentist. A judge that ruled with disgust written all over his face as he delivers the verdict. No advice, no questions about my current health very little concern or empathy...just disgust. You call the office and say you need an appointment because of pain they charge you for an emergency visit but schedule your appointment passed a weekend and 3 days into the next week. I'm sorry but don't charge me a rush fee when you clearly didn't rush me in 5 days later. Overall I'm more than disappointed, now I'm disgusted. If they offered to do all the dental work I need now for free I wouldn't accept the offer. Bed side manor Doctor...you should have learned a little about that.
