My insurance requires a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) to be done prior to insuring it. Well.....I had it done and the car was a POS. Tires were mismatched and worn, then Ron dropped off "new tires" (have text from Rod) they were also mismatched and worn, the inspection found severe damage under the entire car (front to back), and there was 7 check engine light warnings as well. Needless to say I did not buy the car and would WARN anyone from buy this i8 from them.

I also asked about hail damaged due to carfax report. They stated it was excellent. It was not. They even tried to hide the dash cracking in the photos until I asked them to take pics. Hard to see the hail damage on black paint but there are some dings that the paint has cracked and or cracked and missing. How the hell do you sleep at night selling in this manor? They did refund me $2,100 as it needed a new driveshaft, battery, coolant tank (coolant leak), charge hose repair due to leaking oil. Needed new Nox sensors, ad blue heater and tank, ad blue injector (done under warranty). Had the paint checked by 2 body shops and an independent guy. All of them said it's major work. One would not even take it. Declined it. Average quote was at least $5K to fix the dents and paint. Now we are stuck with this thing that we overpaid for and put money into to get it right. Have to sell it most likely at a loss. I know these guys knew the damage was there and happily refunded me $2,100 to make me go away and really what the car is worth if it did not have hail damage. Really the car is worth much less. More like $6K rather than $14,900 Plus shipping we paid. I'd avoid this company if you cannot see and get a PPI on the car. They act like they are doing you a favor but they are not. They stuck us with a car we most likely cannot sell to break even.
