Almost every concern I had about living in this complex was addressed immediately. Both cosmetic and infrastructural improvements were made immediately that we had been asking about for years, and for the first time in years, I actually was able to reach an individual during off-hours or the weekend who was ready and able to assist me. This NEVER happened before they arrived. Also (and this will resonate with anyone who has rented) these two individuals actually speak to you like a HUMAN, and not just treat you like you're a burden. Altogether, it has been a great experience in this complex since these individuals made massive strides in our neighborhood, making this a place we are actually proud to live. Should you see this review and some time has gone by, just be sure to inquire whether these individuals still manage and maintain the property, as i have had almost 10 different property managers and nearly 20 maintenance managers in the last few years here, and Summer and Shawn have been the best by far, but Table Rock has a bad habit of switching management multiple times a year, so definitely check first!

Both Morgan and Callie was super friendly, professional, and happy to help my family with a place for us for our move in process. She was helpful, friendly, and someone my daughter and I enjoyed interacting with. She was replaced during my time there by Danielle, who seemed nice enough, but did not get to know her as well. Cody, the maintenance manager was also really great. If there was a problem, and there were very few, it was quickly resolved. I did have one negative note that soured my experience of living there a combined 3 years. Upon move out, $12 of my $400 security deposit was returned. For that, I would probably not return, even if my circumstances were such that I needed to rent again. Here's the problem: during the last walk through, I was told by the management that not only had I been a model resident, but I had left the apartment nearly move in ready. I'm a clean person. My daughter and I cleaned together on a weekly basis. They made a point to remark on how clean the carpets were as well. The only thing the maintenance staff would have needed to do is spackle a few holes from pictures I had hung and a quick patch of paint. I had even left brightly colored post-it notes by each hole so they would be easy to spot and tidy up. My problem isn't that they didn't refund my security deposit, my problem is that they called it a "security deposit" in the first place. Had they told me from inception of the lease that I wouldn't be refunded, I could have lived with that. The fact that they called it a security deposit, told me what a clean/model resident I had been, and then refunded $12, shows a lack of integrity. I lived here for a year previos to my recent 2 years, and when I moved out that time got most of my security deposit back. In short, the apartment and the other amenities on the property were great, however, when it came time to demonstrate integrity and honesty, they did not. I would not rent from any of the properties managed by this company. Very disappointed by how things ended there. Only giving 2 stars, one for Cody and Tia, and one for the physical property. Withholding 3 stars for lack of integrity, because integrity matters.

The Bri is no longer the wonderful place it was two years ago. I just moved here from AZ one month…read moreago. Nothing is the same as it was when I visited last October. An entire new leasing staff. LINSAY IS NOW GONE, leaving the two leasing ladies without training. The first week I was here, the pool was shut down for some sort of repairs, our water was turned off for some testing, the garage doors didn't work for three days, we needed to park outside of our building. After a rain storm there were walls & ceiling leaking on the 5th floor. I actually made a phone call to Linsay, to ask about roof leaks, because of my experience in AZ. As it turns out she completely lied to me. A neighbor resident here on the 5th floor told me it's been leaking for the past two years. I signed my lease agreement April 28th on their IPOD. I still have no copy, & have no idea what amount I am to pay within one week. One reason is they no longer had a printer that worked, the leasing agents needed to wait until Greystar brought in a new printer. They have the new printer now, but I still have no copy of my agreement. Brighton then turned this property over to Greystar Property Management on May 10, 2023. But, Greystar jumped the gun, turning computer programs off, before May 10th. Two long term employees that the residents loved walked off the job. Another problem, in the mail room there are lockers that Amazon delivers packages to, which has not been working for the past month plus, because our leasing agents don't have the password to set anyone up. After the Activities Manager walked off the job, we no longer have "any activities" right now at all. Also two days breakfasts have been taken away, with another person leaving this "Greystar family". Brighton & Greystar did not do, their do diligence by getting ready for this merger. One lady in leasing is sweet but she is on loan from Brighton corporate, she is lacking many many answers. Stephanie, the new manager is also learning the Bri senior living way, but now having to learn the Greystar way. Both ladies moved here months ago from different states. Communication is poor to say the best, more like "non existent". Bri employees didn't know what was happening, & certainly not the residents. Okay, now here is another real kicker, I have "BIRDS" living in my bathroom ceiling, it appears to be a family/families they chirp all day long, as well a scratching the metal, or drywall right at the air vents, assuming building nesting. This is in my master bath, I can no longer use that room, I have the door closed. I taped the birds on my phone, told Maggie (on loan from a Greystar property in Seattle), & as well as Stephanie yesterday at around 2:30-3:00, Stephanie told me they only use One exterminator for the company & it appeared the employees left early for the Memorial holiday, I called again today, she said they are still not answering. So I will be living with CONSTANT BIRDS IN MY BATHROOM FOR AT LEAST 5-6 days. I wonder if there was a fire or flood, would that need to wait 5-6 days for the holiday too or is that an emergency? Needless to say, this is by FAR, THE WORSE & MOST EXPENSIVE MOVE I HAVE EVER MADE, I have been seeing several people move into the building within this past month. I can't help wondering how annoyed the new residents will be, without any of this as a prewarning. Do yourself a favor pass on Bri @ Village for now, as it is a total mess!

We lived at RedTail for about a year and it was an amazing experience…read more We were asked to move out of our rental home and only given 2 weeks notice. We found RedTail within days and were able to move in within a week with our two kiddos and dog. RedTail made an extremely tumulus time in our lives a lot easier. The maintenance men are incredible, kind, and courteous, the office staff are super nice and understanding, and completely fair with giving back a reasonable amount of our deposit. The pool and communal areas are gorgeous and well maintained, the rental units themselves spacious and up to date... I truly have nothing negative to say. We were pretty skeptical and hesitant to move back into an apartment after being in a house for years, but hindsight, there are no regrets and we're happy to have found them! The only thing to be cautious of, is if you have young school age children, the community does have a little gaggle of bullies with a ringleader, that made my oldest not want to play outside for the last 7 months we were there, but that's the parents responsibility, not the complexes.
