Service was good and fast for us, but we were there early. It looks like it gets pretty busy at times, the crowd was definitely growing when we left. The cheesesteak was awesome. The onion rings weren't my favorite. I think they have a cornmeal batter not 100% but it seemed a little gritty to me. Will do fries next time. We walked in at 11:20. We were never spoken to and i counted 6 people working. We had to ask if they were open before the lady came to take our order and was not friendly at all. We've been here before and service was great. The girls who delivered our food were nice. Just nobody in the kitchen and definitely not the lady taking orders. read more

Nothing here is worth it. The wait, the food, the service. Everything is overrated. The person who was taking orders was training and that's fine. But at least open another register so it goes faster. The wait just to get to the register was 20 minutes and the wait for the food is 40 minutes. The food is alright but it's not as good as many other place s in the area and it's twice the price. Also there were many things on the menu that are out of stock. Really great spot in Cleveland for a tasty lunch. This place has been here for many years and continues to serve great burgers and sandwiches. We have past this place a few times and the line is out the door all the time. Service was great, order at the counter and then they deliver to the table. Three different seating areas, inside, then a covered back porch then an outside eating area where dogs are allowed. Each sandwich is made as you order it, cold cuts are cut for each sandwich not pre-cut as some franchise stores do. I had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich with French fries. Not over seasoned on the fries. My wife had the Unicom sandwich on Sourdough bread which she loves. She had the complimentary potato salad and she was not impressed with it. Been coming here since I was a child! Memories!!!! On our way to tube! Then, I brought my kiddos. Now, my grand is with me! Sandwiches are always great and the cold plate that my MIL got looked amazing........................... but when you tell us it is a 30 min wait for food and you charge for a good/cooked side, make the side hot!!! Won't be purchasing anything more than the sandwiches from now on. Spent $80 on lunch and couldn't get hot fries. Do better next time and I'll raise my rating, don't and we won't be back. read more

Order at the counter; find a seat inside, on the screened porch, or on the brick patio. Your food will be brought to your table. We chose a two-top on the screened porch overlooking the shallow creek. It was one of those creeks that called to you,"take of your shoes and come wade in me" but we didn't. My Cuban Sandwich was as good as what we used to get at Jack's on Memorial Drive in Decatur, GA back in the 60's. Believe me, I've searched for 60+ years to be able to say that! Then I returned to Creekside 2 days later to try the Chattahoochee. Another good move. Ample free parking; friendly staff; nice selection of fountain drinks and tea (pour your own). Another great lunch at Creekside! Their food is wonderful and need is spreading because lines are starting to form out the door so get there early! Today I had the Chatahoochee sandwich which has roast beef, pastrami, cheese, tomato, & coleslaw all on grilled rye. It was wonderful but the next time I wiil ask them to grill the meat & cheese as this is on their cold deli sandwich menu. I had their their Brunswick Stew for the first time and it was outstanding! My wife had their chicken tenders (again) as she swears they are the best. They do make a homemade honey mustard dipping sauce for the tenders and it's fantastic. Staff is friendly and efficient. There is a small creek running outside as the namesake implies, and there's no limit on seating options. You can sit outside at some tables, in a screened in porch area (just note that the tables are bolted to the ground in the screened in area, so if you have a large party, outside is probably best), or inside the building proper. The food was great! The kids meals are well portioned and getting them with the fruit side offers a nice spread of things for them to enjoy. I got the French dip and I have no complaints. The grilled cheese was grilled to perfection, the tomato soup seemed homemade- was delicious. Had chunks of tomato in it as well which was different but not bad. Quesadillas were a hit along with the double cheeseburger. The Philly was a little greasy but that can be expected. The chicken salad review was a little too much mayo. I went here today with a few of my work colleagues and honestly loved all of the food. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had. My co workers got a French dip and a Philly and loved it. The sides were okay I got the pasta salad. Really needed a bit more cheese and also might wanna throw in some tid bits of bacon or ham to spice it up. My co workers sweet potatoes tots were just fried but not seasoned. So wonderful that even a week later, my husband is still talking about the cheesesteak here. As I type, he's rattling off every cheesesteak he's ever eaten in the world and proclaiming, "But that one was the best cheesesteak I've ever eaten!" He's already planning a return trip back to get to the cheesesteak. He's wondering if he can go back without having to make another stop for a $100 doll. I recommend it to everyone who is staying at our cabin and all have had great reviews. The Southern Jam grilled cheese is a dessert! We get one to share. The Rachel sandwich is the best to me. I've tried some of their other sandwiches but the Rachel is my go-to. My husband tries a different one each time and none have disappointed.
